Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The room was wonderfully warm and cozy. Service: The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a delightful day traveling with my son, and the hotel provided a warm and comfortable stay. I even left my charger behind, and they promptly called to inform me and kept it safe for me. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The room was large, the bedding was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of space for hanging clothes and luggage. The washing machine was very useful and they provided us with laundry detergent. I washed clothes three times in three nights. The weather in Manzhouli was dry and the washed clothes dried overnight after being hung up. Their service attitude is very good and they are responsive to every request, which has won unanimous praise from us and our friends! 👍. Our room was also equipped with a long table and sofa that was large enough for two people to dine at, which made us very happy 🤗💖! The view outside the window is breathtaking. I will choose this restaurant again next time I come to Manzhouli.

Rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and bathrooms are well-equipped with thoughtful details. Guests especially appreciated convenient services like disposable toilet seat covers and electronic invoicing. Offering great value for money, the hotel is affordably priced, making it perfect for budget-conscious travelers. Despite the friendly price, the rooms are spacious and bright, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The service attitude is consistently good. The front desk staff handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Modern conveniences such as WeChat check-out and keyless entry (password locks) are highly appreciated. Many guests highlighted the warm and attentive staff, who truly made them feel at home. Facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Rooms include thoughtful small amenities like mobile phone charging cables, and some rooms even offer expansive city views, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

This was, hands down, the best hotel we stayed at during our Inner Mongolia trip. The room was incredibly clean. The owner went the extra mile, thoughtfully providing snacks and fruits, and there were even complimentary drinks in the fridge. A washing machine was also available. All the beds in the room were incredibly spacious, which was perfect for families with children. The owner was also incredibly friendly and helpful, even introducing us to a very reliable driver for our tours. All in all, we were extremely satisfied!

Extremely satisfied with this place, it offers great value for money. We were traveling with our extended family (seniors and children) on this trip. The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute shared bike ride from Jokhang Temple. Situated on the 29th floor, below the hotel you'll find a Xinhua Bookstore, a shopping mall, and a bustling night market with delicious street food. For morning exercises, seniors can easily walk to a small park nearby. Shared e-bikes are also available for rent via scan, which is great for taking the kids for a spin around the neighborhood. We were so pleased that we decided to extend our stay for another day.

Great value for money. Convenient underground parking is available. The hotel's location is excellent; it's close to city attractions, and with a subway station right downstairs and shared bikes readily available, getting around is super convenient. Overall, the room was quite clean. Just a suggestion: it would be better if the disposable toilet seat covers were made of non-woven fabric instead of plastic, as the plastic ones are not very convenient.

cheap, simple, clean apartment. There is only room cleaning service available. but reception is very helpful and kind hearted she helped a lot.

Great stay here but cleanliness of the room can be improved. Washing machine is the small, old and simple type, not the big ones we usually use😅 dryer is more like spin/air dry (washer and dryer in one machine but 2 different compartments). Lift is quite slow and the corridor lights only lights up when motion/sound is detected and its not sensitive 😂 it was pitch black when the lift door open and the lights only light up when we accidentally dropped a bottle that created a very loud noise 😂 Anyway the host is very helpful in checking in process, can consider staying here if you’re just dropping by the city for a night.

The room has more ethnic characteristics, the facilities are a bit old, the interior is clean and hygienic, and there is a terrace at the end of the corridor, which is probably the boss's own tent⛺.
