I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout our visit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a relaxing rest. I also appreciated the little details like complimentary toiletries and quick room service. The location is perfect—close to key attractions yet still peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to start the day right. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back again!

Our stay in Tagaytay was overall very enjoyable. The hotel offers absolutely stunning views of the lake, which was the highlight of our visit. The spaces are comfortable and well laid out, with a large pool perfect for relaxing. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and the bell service was a very nice touch. We also appreciated the play area, which makes the property especially convenient and family-friendly. On the downside, some of the furniture felt a little dated, and the response time when calling reception was not always as quick as expected. Still, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience. A great option in Tagaytay if you’re looking for comfort, beautiful views, and a family-oriented atmosphere.

Staffs are friendly and professionals. However rooms need to be disinfected. Our first room has lots of small cockroaches. Second room, after we requested for replacement, is better. Still we noticed small cockroach in the bathroom…

We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it.

This is our 2nd time to stay at Hotel Casiana. As usual everything is perfect. I love the customer service of all the staff in the hotel. It really is a plus points. The amenities, room and buffet breakfast are all good. We will keep coming back in this hotel. Even my mom who stayed here for the first time recommended it to her friends.

Very good for staycation of family. Cold aircon, comfy bed, great pool and of course relaxing place! Will comeback for sure with more of our family member ☺️

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. The room was spotless, well-prepared, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness impeccably, and I truly appreciated the little touches that showed great care.

Very family friendly and we enjoyed our stay in here. Near all the tourist attraction in tagaytay and we will comeback again
