The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. I would especially like to commend the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, quality facilities, and excellent breakfast selection. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

All the towels were individually sealed, and the bathroom had anti-slip mats, showing great attention to hygiene details, which was reassuring. The smart features like one-click screen mirroring on the TV and remote-controlled curtains by the bed were convenient and easy to use. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were quick to clear tables after guests finished eating. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room with dryers, so the facilities are excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Zhongshan!

The robot delivery service saved me the hassle of going downstairs to pick up items. The self-service breakfast offered a variety of options, including pastries, porridge, and side dishes.

A very pleasant stay in this hotel. Good facilities are provided for guests. Room is spacious and the settings are nice and very comfortable. The open wardrobe is simple but functional. They use Peter Thomas Roth for toiletries. Breakfast is also good and a variety of food is served and replenished quite quickly. Those ladies at the front desk are friendly, too. Many thanks to the housekeeping team on the 11th floor, they responded very quickly to meet our needs.

The main advantage of this hotel is you are directly above the metro in the heart of the financial sector. If your visiting Shenzhen to Be in the heart of things, this is the place to be. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel. One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!
