This was our first trip to Guangzhou. After searching on Trip.com, we decided to stay at the Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it very convenient for visitors. Most importantly, we would like to compliment the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and welcoming smiles. Special thanks to Ms. 美珍, Ms. 潘潘, Mr. 小杨, and also the housekeeping auntie who took such good care of our room and needs. They were all incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and always ready to assist us with positive energy whenever we needed help. During our 4-night stay, we felt very comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. Their excellent service truly made our trip more enjoyable and memorable. The room was comfortable with a great view. It's super convenient, right by the main entrance to West Lake, offering a quiet escape despite being so central. It's also not far from Hejiang Tower and Shuidong Street. The breakfast was excellent, and I loved the self-service freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Plus, the front desk even had umbrellas to borrow on rainy days!

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable with strong air conditioning. The only minor issue was the showerhead; no matter how I adjusted it, the water spray hit my body quite hard. Just a few steps out, and you're on the pedestrian street. I would definitely choose to stay with Atour Group again next time. Since it was summer and I was sweating a lot without extra clothes, it was a lifesaver to have free laundry service. My clothes were hung on the door the next morning, which was incredibly thoughtful.

The Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei is perfectly located in the Huaqiangbei business district, very close to the electronics market. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the views are absolutely stunning. The Italian drip coffee was delicious. Sundy provided excellent service, and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. Four soft drinks were complimentary. The hotel's hygiene was good. The bathroom was a bit unique. I booked an airport transfer, which was a bit slow. The hotel was probably busy and missed my call, but thankfully, they did come to pick me up. The front desk lady gave us two bottles of juice as an apology when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was also good. When we checked out, the front desk lady even gave us two small gifts. The hotel staff and the front desk lady were all very friendly. I highly recommend it, and it's close to the airport too.

First time visiting Chaozhou and decided to stay at Hampton by Hilton @ Fortune Centre. Our twin double bed room was very spacious and sparkling clean. Breakfast spread was abundant and decent. It’s a bit of a distance from the ancient town, but getting a Didi ride was quick, easy, and inexpensive. There’s also a small mall nearby with a supermarket and a few restaurants, which is convenient. Complimentary Chaozhou local porridge offered for supper after 9:30pm upon request. Overall, great value for money.

The main advantage of this hotel is you are directly above the metro in the heart of the financial sector. If your visiting Shenzhen to Be in the heart of things, this is the place to be. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel. One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room

My first impression of Atour Hotel was its warmth and thoughtfulness. From the moment I walked in, the staff's smiling greetings and the timely hot tea immediately eased my travel fatigue. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the design details were well-considered. What touched me the most was the complimentary warm porridge served late at night – simple yet incredibly thoughtful, making my business trip feel a little more like home. A good hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's a comforting haven, and Atour certainly delivers on that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic stay at Gionee Light Hotel Guangzhou! The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is directly opposite Tee Mall and right in front of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping, sightseeing, and dining incredibly convenient. The metro station is also just nearby, so getting around Guangzhou was quick and easy. There are countless shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores within walking distance. Food delivery is very convenient too, with plenty of options available at all hours. Whether you’re looking for local Cantonese food, milk tea, coffee, or late-night snacks, everything is easily accessible. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and provide a great place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. A special mention to the hotel staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were patient with questions and made the stay feel smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with an unbeatable location.

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!
