We chose this hotel in the Tianhe business district for our family trip to Guangzhou, and its location was truly a huge plus. It was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the subway, with many malls nearby. This saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with kids, as we didn't have to constantly trek back and forth. The room was quite spacious, so our family never felt cramped. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The mini-fridge in the room was a godsend for families with young children; we could store milk, fruit, and drinks, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The hotel's Lucky robot was a fun novelty, delivering items to our room. It was novel and entertaining, and our child absolutely loved it, staying excited the whole time. The staff were gentle, friendly, attentive, and patient, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, and the common areas were neatly maintained. It's perfect for both family vacations and short trips, with user-friendly facilities and warm service. Our overall stay was relaxing and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tianhe and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There are so many food options downstairs, and Parc Central is right next door, with Taikoo Hui across the street. Grandview Mall is also less than an 8-minute walk away, and the subway station is right at the entrance, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was very clean and tidy, and incredibly quiet, so I slept really well. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with individual doors, and the shower pressure was excellent – that was a real highlight and a pleasant surprise! Another unexpected bonus was the air freshener in the toilet and the delivery robot. The biggest, biggest, BIGGEST plus, though, was at check-in, the front desk proactively told me I could have a late check-out until 2 PM. I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time that's ever happened – they definitely deserve 10 stars! Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be back again.

The Ailant mattress ensures a comfortable sleep, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the Futian CBD cityscape. The bathroom has stable water pressure and a complete set of amenities. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and transportation is very convenient. Overall, the attention to detail is impressive, and it offers exceptional value for money. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian. Highly recommended!

This is the best Sino Hotels I've ever stayed at. The customer service was fantastic! Both the day and night shift staff, including the managers, were incredibly welcoming and patient. They even arranged for a late-night snack and mung bean soup as soon as they found out my daughter liked it. My daughter ended up having 3 big bowls of it! The hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all delicious. The elevator wait times, both up and down, were much faster than I expected. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel every time I come to Guangzhou in the future.

I specifically came to Shunde for a food tour and chose to stay at the Emperor Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, so I have to give it a glowing review! 🏨 Room Environment: Clean, tidy, and completely odor-free. I booked a standard twin room, and my first impression upon entering was how clean and airy the entire space was. There wasn't any stuffiness, smoke, or damp smell. The wall panels and carpets were meticulously maintained, and the bedding on both beds was pristine white, soft, and neatly made without any stains. There was no dust accumulation on the TV cabinet or desk corners, and the desktop power outlets and storage areas were wiped perfectly clean. The room was very spacious, and the twin bed layout felt uncrowded. The blackout curtains by the floor-to-ceiling window worked wonderfully. The配套设施书桌, chair, wardrobe, and mini-fridge were all available. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the lighting was soft and not harsh, making for a very comfortable night's rest. 🛁 Bathroom: Marble-textured, dry/wet separation – super convenient. The bathroom was a definite highlight. The full marble tile renovation gave it a visually upscale feel. The glass shower enclosure provided complete dry/wet separation, with no standing water on the floor. The sink mirror, toilet, and towel rack were all spotless. The bath and face towels were neatly folded, and the hairdryer and toiletries area were well-organized. The shower water pressure was stable, making for an excellent daily washing experience. 📍 Excellent Location, Super Convenient for Eating and Exploring. The hotel is situated in the core area of Daliang. It's an 8-minute walk to Jinbang Street and Beidi Temple, where you can try Huanji Milk and local snacks. Right downstairs at the entrance is a long-standing bamboo noodle shop, and the hotel's second floor features a dim sum Chinese restaurant. You can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum in the morning without having to go far. Whether you're visiting Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road during the day or going out for a late-night snack, getting around is incredibly easy. ✨ Extra Bonus Details: 1. Excellent soundproofing in the room; corridor and outdoor noise were almost imperceptible, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 2. Complete facilities, stable TV and WiFi signals, ample charging outlets, and a landline phone on the bedside table. 3. The hotel service was gentle and courteous, and check-in was efficient. 4. Great value for money; the room was spacious, and hygiene standards were high. It's definitely a top choice for a short trip to Shunde. Small Suggestion: The hotel's decor leans towards a classic business style, not trendy or youthful, but its cleanliness, practicality, and convenient location are its strengths. The hotel environment was quiet and clean, and my experience was great. All the staff I encountered this time were professional and enthusiastic; they could answer any questions guests had. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bed was just the right firmness – I could relax and rest as soon as I lay down. All the amenities were complete and clean. TLDR: Good room, convenient location, with some areas for improvement in service Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a very strategic and accessible location, with three metro stations within walking distance and Dongmen Old Street nearby. It was also convenient to get around by car — around 15 minutes to Luohu Station and about 25 minutes to Futian Station during our stay, although the travel time was affected by traffic. Overall, the location was definitely one of the highlights. The room was spacious, generally clean and well-equipped. We particularly liked having a washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, proper dining area and sofa. The room amenities were practical and convenient. It would be a nice added touch if the bathroom could also have a bidet. There were, however, some areas where the guest experience could be improved. Front desk service could be more attentive and proactive. We were initially given one room card for two guests and had to request for an additional card. Unfortunately, the additional card was coded incorrectly, so we had to wait again while it was rectified. These were minor issues, but better attention to detail could make the check-in process smoother. We also found that the staff were generally not very proactive in offering assistance. On several occasions, we had to ask specifically for help rather than being guided or assisted upfront. It may simply have been our experience during this stay, and we are not sure if this is common in Shenzhen or specific to the property, but a more welcoming and service-oriented approach would definitely improve the guest experience. That said, we did encounter two staff members who were very helpful. They assisted us late at night when we needed help with returning some Taobao items, and we really appreciated their willingness to assist despite it being late. Their helpfulness stood out and showed that there are staff who are willing to go the extra mile for guests. Noise from the doorbell was another concern. The doorbell was quite loud and could be heard from neighbouring rooms. On one morning at around 7:10am, someone repeatedly rang the doorbell outside our room for several minutes. As the sound was clearly audible from inside our room, it was quite disruptive and a little unsettling. It may be worth reviewing the doorbell volume and how repeated ringing is handled. For ******* deliveries, food was usually left at the collection cabinet beside reception. We had to contact reception to have it sent up to the room via the robot. A more streamlined delivery process or clearer instructions for guests would be helpful. The check-out and luggage storage process could also be improved. We had to wait for the staff member to finish another task before being attended to, and when we mentioned that we wanted to store our luggage, it was not immediately clear where we should leave it or what the procedure was. Similarly, when we later returned to collect our luggage, there was some waiting time before the luggage was retrieved. Providing clearer instructions and acknowledging the waiting time would make the process feel more organised. Overall, the room, facilities and location were definitely the strong points of our stay. With some improvements in staff attentiveness, willingness to assist, communication and service responsiveness, the overall experience could be considerably better. We appreciated the two staff members who assisted us with our late-night Taobao returns, and hope the same level of helpfulness and attentiveness can be consistently extended to all guests.
