The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, with Beijing Road right downstairs. Xiao Ye provided amazing service, and the other staff members were also fantastic. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's perfect for tourists. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back next time. Thank you!

Once we arrived the T3 airport, we have to call to inform the hotel reception to arrange for their bus to pick us up. Waited for about 10 minutes for the bus to arrive. The bus also drive over to T2 for pick up before dropping us at the hotel. Hotel is not very new hence it is not as expected. The room allocated was also quite smoky although we requested for non-smoking rooms. Other than that, the others were pleasant experience.

This was my first stay at Ador, and it was really good! The location is convenient, close to the pedestrian street, and there's a KTV right next door where you can sing for 4 hours for only ¥58! My room got upgraded and it was even bigger than places I've stayed in Hong Kong! The only downside was that the TV didn't have any Hong Kong channels, which was a bit of a shame. In the evening, it only took about ten minutes to walk to 'Bo Bo Dim'. Also, the breakfast was great, though the seating was a bit cramped. That's my only minor complaint.

Traveling with seniors was a truly comfortable experience. The hotel's pathways are smooth and easy to navigate, and the living environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for seniors to rest and recuperate. The room cleaning was exceptionally thorough, with no dust or clutter, ensuring a healthy and reassuring stay. The room equipment buttons were simple and intuitive, allowing seniors to operate them independently. Noticing that the indoor ventilation was suboptimal, the staff proactively opened windows to air out the room, thoughtfully optimizing the living environment. The service staff spoke in gentle and soothing tones, always attentive to the seniors' comfort and daily needs, making the entire family feel secure and relaxed during their stay. Self-driving was hassle-free, with a spacious courtyard and ample parking, making it easy and convenient to park vehicles. The surrounding roads are well-connected, allowing for unimpeded travel to various destinations. The guest rooms were dry and clean, with warm and soft decor, effectively alleviating the fatigue of travel. Essential facilities like water, electricity, and bathroom amenities were fully equipped, meeting daily travel needs. Upon arrival, I wasn't familiar with the courtyard layout, so the staff personally guided us, meticulously explaining the locations of various areas. Check-in was exceptionally efficient, making the entire trip and stay smooth and worry-free.

The room was very spacious — large enough to comfortably fit and open three luggage bags at once. The shower had exceptionally strong water pressure, which was a huge plus. Housekeeping also replenished bottled water and personal care/vanity kits daily. The room came equipped with a smart TV that supports casting, a hair dryer, and was kept very clean throughout the stay. There was also a cozy sofa corner with a tea set, which made the room feel even more comfortable. In terms of service, the front desk staff may not appear overly warm at first, but they were actually helpful and accommodating whenever needed. The housekeeping staff, on the other hand, were especially friendly and professional. The top floor features a self-service laundry room with around five washers and five dryers. It can get quite crowded after 11pm. There is also a gym, which is honestly one of the better-equipped hotel gyms I’ve come across. The hotel shares the same building as Mercure Hotel, but lift waiting times were generally reasonable except during peak hours. The lobby is located on the 10th floor, and I was initially a little surprised by its appearance as it felt more like a storage area. However, this did not affect the quality of the rooms or service at all. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was its location — extremely convenient, yet there was almost no noise from outside or the corridors, making the stay very peaceful. Cons: The bathroom does not have a bidet, and the room lacks a full-length mirror. Special shoutout to 小蔡 with my enquiries and helpful with my courier delivery.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel for many days. The room was clean and hygienic, and I really liked the facilities and amenities. The coffee was delicious and the service was excellent.

The environment is clean and elegant, and the layout makes you feel very comfortable. The staff, especially Nacy, are warm and attentive, responding promptly and providing meticulous service. All facilities are complete and well-maintained, and my stay was quiet and peaceful. It's excellent value for money, perfect for both short business trips and leisure stays. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

A hotel with very good service, 2 large and 2 small stays, free upgraded a parent-child room, a 1 meter 8 and a 1 meter 35 bed, there is a bed fence, the room space is also large, the sea view on the 22nd floor is really amazing, the child likes the pattern of the room very much, and said that he will come here next time. The hotel also has a laundry dryer, the room is also equipped with laundry detergent, and there are clean clothes to wear on the day of swimming. The experience is excellent.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Paifang Street and the ancient city wall. You can easily walk along the river to Guangji Bridge. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. What's even better is that the hotel has an underground parking garage, which I highly recommend for anyone driving.

Fantastic! The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, with views of Macau across the river. The front desk lady saw we had a child and proactively offered us a child-themed room, even including a small gift. Most importantly, it's quiet, clean, and convenient for getting anywhere. We'll definitely book this hotel again for our return trip.
