Had an amazing time here in Mercure Hotel, located at prime location, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even went the extra miles to recommend the best dim sum place to dine in, tourist sightseeing places and small little tips for us to travel around China. The hotel received taobao parcels on behalf of of us too and they did an amazing job. Hotel room is very clean, sufficient gym equipments and most importantly the laundry room is fully equipment with washer dryer and iron. Will come back again.

Every time I passed the front desk, Ms. Menghua's smile made me feel incredibly welcome. Not only was she efficient and professional with check-in and check-out, but she also thoughtfully asked about my preferences and proactively shared information on local transport and dining options. When I asked for directions to attractions, she patiently hand-drew a simple map for me. Her service combined the standard procedures of a five-star hotel with the genuine warmth and care of a friend. Kudos to such an excellent employee! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

First off, the location is excellent. The Qijiang River is just a few dozen meters from the hotel entrance, and Qijiang Park is a short walk to the right from the bridge. Crossing the Qijiang Bridge brings you to the Sun Wen West Historical and Cultural Street and Zhongshan Park. The Ferris wheel is not far away, and the bridge offers a perfect spot for night photos. Secondly, the service was great; they upgraded my room type for free as requested. Thumbs up! Finally, the room was spacious, simple, and stylish, reflecting the standard and professionalism of a brand-chain hotel.

Came to Shenzhen to relax after my exams. The attention to detail here is absolutely fantastic! I have to commend them on the ample supply of good quality tissues in the room. They're placed conveniently, are thick, soft, don't shed, and don't disintegrate in your hand – perfect for daily hygiene, drying hands, or carrying with you. The hotel isn't stingy with supplies, and if you run out, they're quick to replenish. These small details really show how thoughtful and practical the hotel is, making the stay incredibly convenient. What I want to praise the most, though, is the duvet. It's completely silent when you move and incredibly soft, just like a silk duvet.

Hotel is located at ideal location in pedestrian street. Within walking distance to both shopping and eatery. Praise fo the staff! Always smiling and greet us when we collect our Taobao stuff or hand over our clothing for free laudry service Will definitely be back when I visit Guangzhou again !

The room was clean and the service was excellent. We got a free upgrade and a late check-out. The coffee was delicious, and there's a billiards room on the second floor. The lobby has a beautiful, vintage-style decor.

The highest floor we stayed, the view is beautiful and the room is big and clean. Thanks Susan, love her smile when check in, feeling so great! Celebrate for kid’s birthday this trip, thanks for preparing the birthday decoration in advance, reli warm and nice. Also so surprising the mini birthday cake, the kids love it sooooo much :) Including breakfast buffet, many choices and with good serving. It’s an excellent stay in Hampton, will come again for sure in future.

I. Good aspects: 1. The bed in the room is good, relatively clean and tidy, 2. Take the initiative to serve, send two breakfast coupons worthy of praise. 3. Shampoo shower gel conditioner is brand new. 2. In the middle of the rules: 1. Breakfast has pig intestine powder, bag, noodles, orange juice, milk, bobo intestine, soy milk, fried dough sticks, oranges, hot water, can eat enough, whether it is worth 38 yuan to see the wisdom. 2. Parking is convenient, the first floor may not be seated, but there are many positions on the first floor, but it takes a long time to get on the elevator. 3. Sea view, can be facing the sea, but there are two buildings in front of half of the view; 4. Parking is a fee, go out to check out first and take a screenshot to the front desk, refund through WeChat; Particularly dissatisfied 1. Public facilities are not convenient: the whole house is on the 28th floor, there are two small elevators, many people go up and down the stairs during holidays 15-20 minutes, many times the waiter is cleaning, and you have to ”grab” the elevator with the customer; 2. Residual room facilities: the shower head is about to fall off, and the water pipe is rotten; 3. Room hygiene is worrying: the toilet is not washed, a bunch of dirty things, the door lock is rotten and rusty, the quality of disposable toothbrushes is worrying, and it is easy to brush blood. 4. The service can't keep up: the toilet is very dirty, the last guest's pile of shit has not been cleaned, let no one wash the toilet, let the toothbrush be provided, and let people send it over, but never sent it. 5. Restaurant customers eat, clean more perfunctory, sitting and stool a lot of oil, no cockroaches, no way to sit 6. There is no landline phone in the room. I think the hotel has found a few calls from Trip.com and no one answered them.

I stayed at this hotel based on a relative's recommendation. It has an underground parking lot and is located right across from the ancient city, with plenty of shared electric bikes downstairs, making getting around very convenient. The staff were all very friendly. Areas for improvement: 1. My room was located along a hallway, and I was woken up by the noise of tour groups passing by. 2. The room has a tea-making area (Figure 5). I was leisurely eating takeout in my room and thought about going for a stroll. When I walked to the stairs behind my room, I found that even with the window screen, I could clearly see into my room. I hope they can improve privacy. 3. There were a lot of mosquitoes! I barely slept the whole night. Although an electric mosquito repellent was provided, it wasn't very effective. 4. The hotel doesn't have robots, which is a bit inconvenient for those who frequently order takeout. Things to praise: 1. The hotel's location is indeed very convenient; everything is quite close by. 2. The staff were very friendly and polite from check-in to check-out. Even without delivery robots, the front desk was willing to help bring takeout up to the room. 3. The toilet and shower are separate (wet and dry areas), and the vanity is also separate, which is something I rarely experience in other hotels.

I had an incredibly satisfying and enjoyable vacation at Hotel L! 🥹 First off, being able to store my luggage before check-in was a huge plus, allowing me to start my trip hassle-free. The welcome gift, though not extravagant, included an eye mask, small snacks, and earplugs, which were super useful during my stay and even came in handy while traveling by train! The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! It's right in front of Gongbei Port, making trips to and from Macau incredibly convenient. Plus, when I had to catch a train from Zhuhai Station in the morning, its proximity meant I was never rushed. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a bonus. And when taking a taxi, simply saying ”Hotel L” was enough – drivers always knew exactly where to go, which was incredibly stress-free. The view of Gongbei Port and Macau from my room was stunning! A special shout-out to Panda Chen, the hotel staff member I communicated with via WeChat 🥹. She was incredibly kind, patiently answering all my questions and providing assistance, which made my entire trip so much more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel L in Macau; it left me with truly wonderful memories. 💛
