Great customer service. Especially Liang. He was very helpful when we checked in and also on our last day. Asked if we need anything and agreed to our request for a late checkout as our flight was in the evening. Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to food, shopping and entertainment.

We were crossing over to Macau early the next morning, and this hotel's proximity to the border crossing was incredibly convenient. From our room, we could see both Gongbei and Qingmao. The front desk service was excellent. Our group had three rooms, and even though we arrived at different times, they were able to pre-assign all our rooms on the same floor! The room amenities and small necessities were all well-stocked; you don't even need to bring a charging cable. 😀

I found this hotel on Ctrip with a high rating and it definitely didn't disappoint. It offers a prime lake view, and the room facilities, quality, and service are all top-notch. Downstairs is Huizhou West Lake, and our room type had a 180-degree lake view. We initially planned to stay for one night but ended up extending to two. Plus, it's super convenient for dining and shopping right downstairs. The only minor drawback is that parking can be a bit tight, but all the other advantages more than make up for it, especially given its excellent location. Definitely worth choosing, highly recommend! 👍👍👍

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the central area of Zhongshan, just a 10-minute walk from Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and numerous dining options nearby. The hotel's decor maintains Atour Hotels' consistent stylish and elegant design. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; upon realizing our reservation didn't include breakfast, they immediately offered us two complimentary breakfasts, which were varied and delicious. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants, leading us to a delicious and affordable dinner. Our room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with convenient smart devices. The hotel offers free parking, and there are plenty of spaces available.

Decided last minute to visit Shenzhen and booked the Hilton here. The experience was really great! The front desk lady was very welcoming and even upgraded my room. The hotel's location is also excellent, super close to the subway station, and there are many restaurants downstairs, making it convenient whether you want to eat out or order delivery. I originally wanted to stay another night but changed plans at the last minute. Shenzhen is a beautiful city, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The service was consistently thoughtful and attentive, from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, providing a quiet retreat in a bustling area, making it both convenient and peaceful. The soundproofing was superb, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The facilities were practical and convenient, and the breakfast offered a rich and varied selection – definitely a thumbs up!

The service here is top-notch! When I checked in, the front desk proactively offered me hot water and patiently recommended local eateries. Coming back to my room in the evening, I found the bed had been tidied up, and even my scattered slippers were neatly arranged. The facilities are excellent, and the service is truly outstanding. The laundry room and gym are open 24/7, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers!

Facilities: Didn't notice any special facilities, but there's a parking lot 🅿️. Cleanliness: Very good, didn't see any particularly dirty spots. Everything was clean. Environment: The hotel's indoor environment is quite good. There's a lounge on the second floor where you can relax and chat 💬. The area around the hotel outside consists of residential buildings, but cross the road and you're right on the pedestrian street! Fantastic. Rooms have smart devices, USB charging ports, and smart toilets. The room was very clean and tidy, and the shower water pressure was great. 🌟Also, I initially booked a 'Special Offer Elegant King Room'! But before checking in, I asked to see the room first. Turns out this room type was on the 1st floor! The environment was extremely poor and utterly disappointing. The soundproofing was terrible; conversations from the neighboring room were clearly audible, severely affecting my sleep quality. The so-called 'window' actually faced an internal corridor, offering no privacy whatsoever. The surrounding rooms were tightly packed, making the layout feel like a subdivided apartment, cramped and oppressive, far from the comfort standards a hotel should offer. Later, I went to see another room, a 'Selected King Room', and the environment was vastly different! This room was clearly a normal room with solid walls! The front desk said I could get a room change for a good review or by paying extra. I questioned why the difference in room types for the 'Special Offer Elegant King Room' wasn't clearly stated on Ctrip, as the pictures didn't show it at all! Fortunately, the second room met my hygiene and environmental requirements, so I left this good review to get the room change!

Our stay at the Xiangwang Beishe Hotel in Zhuhai was absolutely perfect! Its prime location in the heart of Gongbei is incredibly convenient, within walking distance to Gongbei Port, making it easy to find food and go shopping. We booked a family room, which was adorable and fun. The smart Xiao Du speaker controlling the lights and curtains, along with the special children's bathtub, were such thoughtful touches. The bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud. The public facilities are comprehensive; the gym is well-equipped, the kids' play area kept our little one entertained, and the 24-hour laundry room was super practical. The service truly went above and beyond: the doorman proactively helped with luggage, the front desk was efficient with check-in and offered a welcome tea, and the concierge was very responsive. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the freshly made wonton noodles were absolutely delicious. Everything, from the amenities to the service, exuded sophistication. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and business travel. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Zhuhai!

The facilities are very new; the sink even has a fill light, which is quite convenient when washing up. For service, there's a 24-hour front desk, and they can deliver a charger immediately even late at night – so reliable!
