The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. I would especially like to commend the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, quality facilities, and excellent breakfast selection. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is located right by West Lake in Huizhou, offering a beautiful environment and extremely convenient transportation. It's super easy to get to all the attractions from here. While the room facilities are just average, the service is wonderfully warm and attentive.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable with strong air conditioning. The only minor issue was the showerhead; no matter how I adjusted it, the water spray hit my body quite hard. Just a few steps out, and you're on the pedestrian street. I would definitely choose to stay with Atour Group again next time. Since it was summer and I was sweating a lot without extra clothes, it was a lifesaver to have free laundry service. My clothes were hung on the door the next morning, which was incredibly thoughtful.

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiang North on my business trip. The location is excellent and the room is tidy and quiet. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Susan at the front desk. She finished the check-in quickly without any deposit. She arranged a room far away from the elevator for me to ensure a quiet stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to both the metro station and the airport, and even offers complimentary airport shuttle service, making transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding environment is also very pleasant. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with comfortable beds. The hotel service is attentive, and the staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure!

A very pleasant stay in this hotel. Good facilities are provided for guests. Room is spacious and the settings are nice and very comfortable. The open wardrobe is simple but functional. They use Peter Thomas Roth for toiletries. Breakfast is also good and a variety of food is served and replenished quite quickly. Those ladies at the front desk are friendly, too. Many thanks to the housekeeping team on the 11th floor, they responded very quickly to meet our needs.

The main advantage of this hotel is you are directly above the metro in the heart of the financial sector. If your visiting Shenzhen to Be in the heart of things, this is the place to be. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel. One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room

The hotel is directly opposite Tee Mall and right in front of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping, sightseeing, and dining incredibly convenient. The metro station is also just nearby, so getting around Guangzhou was quick and easy. There are countless shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores within walking distance. Food delivery is very convenient too, with plenty of options available at all hours. Whether you’re looking for local Cantonese food, milk tea, coffee, or late-night snacks, everything is easily accessible. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and provide a great place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. A special mention to the hotel staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were patient with questions and made the stay feel smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with an unbeatable location.

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!
