"The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to gate 6 for men. But that is where the pros end. The hotel is very small from the lobby to the room, but the room size is mentioned while booking. The bathroom needs renovation. The housekeeping staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. There is no car parking available, unfortunately I forgot to check before booking. If you are getting it for a reasonable rate then I think it's good for a few nights because of its location."

Hotel location is the best, right in front of women's prayer area. Good food and shopping are also nearby. We booked 3 rooms at this hotel in the first week of Ramadan 2026. Rooms were clean and our floor (7th floor) was quiet and peaceful. Upon arrival we noticed a few amenities missing but when asked they were provided as soon as possible. Room service and cleaning was done by MD Umar Farooq. The only negative aspect about this place is the lack of elevators. It gets too crowded before and after prayer times.

Our 1st room was untidy, smelly and dark. This was situated on the 4th floor. We request to change our room and without any issue room was changed. We were on the 10th floor, room were clean and tidy *************. Overall no issue, near to haraam (prophet mosque) gate no 302 & 303. Please note these gates are far from ladies gates which are 328.329.330, therefore please keep in your mind. Bathroom was clean and roomy :) Overall didn't found any issue.

The biggest advantage is that it is cheap. The decoration and service are the standard of a fast hotel. The hot water for showering can only last for about 3 minutes, and then it becomes cold water. The next person has to wait for about 15 minutes before showering again. The hot water can last for about 3 minutes. It is recommended not to book a room with breakfast. It is more cost-effective to buy it directly in the hotel. 45 Saudi rupees for 2 people
