Handily located just off the Trans-Canada highway. If you don't want to drive into town then it's a decent walk or there's a shuttle bus, which we used both days we stayed at the hotel.
We were offered ear plugs when we checked in. We should have taken them! One side of the hotel faced the highway the other side faced the railway. For a new hotel, the sound proofing was disappointing. However, the room was large, with plenty of storage. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great. The room was serviced daily.
Breakfast was good, considering it was complementary. Plenty of choice.
I would stay at the Fairfield again.
My stay at Holiday Inn Chilliwack was a positive experience overall. The room was well-kept, tidy, and provided a comfortable space to unwind. The bed was soft and inviting, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making for a restful night’s sleep.
The included breakfast was sufficient, offering a variety of options to start the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it had enough choices to satisfy most travelers.
Overall, Holiday Inn Chilliwack is a solid choice for those looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. It offers good value, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
Close to Surrey and Highway 1, it is very convenient to go to the city, the north shore and the US border, provided you have to drive. And Vancouver's expensive and outrageous hotel prices are cheaper than cheap and cost-effective, much cheaper than downtown and Richmond hotels. The room is clean and quiet, and there are supermarkets and shopping malls around.
We stayed in a standard twin room. The hotel facilities in the room were not well maintained, the bathroom was very small, and the refrigerator looked dirty. The most attractive thing about the hotel was the swimming pool, and the children had a lot of fun.
Clean, nice attitude from staff, convenient location. The township has some creepy people. Recommend it to stay before entering USA, close to border crossing
A brand hotel under a large chain, the hygiene service is guaranteed. Breakfast is included, which is really good. The breakfast variety is rich, which is better than other American hotels.
I drove to Jasper Road and passed by. It was too dark to get up early, and I stayed on the spot. I didn't expect the hotel to be quite clean. At first I just took a nap and didn't report my expectations. After I checked in, I felt that it was quite convenient. This price included breakfast, saving one worry every day.

GGuest UserVery clean and very comfortable bed. If the room has spare blanket for someone to add on. It will be the best. Also, I do not have extraordinary expectation so breakfast is so far acceptable.
CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

HHAIQINGThe hotel is located in the center of the town, with convenient transportation, quiet environment, cleanliness and orderliness, and regular American breakfast. I will continue to stay next time. Ctrip.com quickly booked for easy travel
OOne of UsFriendly, and helpful staff. The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed. The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. We will be booking here again. We had a balcony view. Thank you to Dilworth Inn for your kind hospitality. Thank you to this app I downloaded. You have no idea how grateful I am to you. Thank you
RRV888It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.
DDengziqiwonvyouBetter than expected. Looks tattered on the outside, but quite refined on the inside. In terms of hygiene, except for a little blood stain on the bedsheet, other problems are not big.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel at great location. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean. They upgraded us for free to a room with kitchen. Sandra at front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for the price with a lot of amenities including breakfast. They also have boardgames that you can barrow to play.
Amazing experience.
CCrAzYd426The Hotel is very convenient, it located near Brighouse Skytrain station, about 10 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk staff is helpful. There are Richmond Centre, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. The best things is that they have free shuttle to and from the airport (the shuttle bus had words of Executive Hotel and only a small logo of Surestay by Best Western, make sure don’t miss the airport free shuttle) and free breakfast, I think the variety of food is good. I’d recommend this hotel.
JJoshua Rommel RamirezEverything was good except for the water. I dont know if its because my room was at the top floor (11th floor) that the water pressure couldnt make the shower flow properly but the water pressure was so low that i cant even take a proper shower. That was my only issue.
JJunococoFirst of all, it was very clean. The cleaning staff cleaned the room carefully. The floors and hallways were sparkling. The futon was fluffy. The lockers were under the bed, so it was a little difficult to use. The refrigerator in the kitchen was well managed. In addition to the refrigerator, there was also a mini locker, which was convenient for storing small foods. There was also a washing machine. The shower outlet was a fixed type. I stayed for a week, and sometimes the sound from the club below was so loud that I couldn't eat on the sofa space next to the kitchen. My room was on the third floor, away from the club, so I had no trouble sleeping, but I feel sorry for the people in the rooms nearby on the second floor. The volume of the sound varies depending on the DJ of the day, but on loud days, the bass was so loud that it made me lose my appetite and the vibrations pushing up from below were extremely unpleasant. It wasn't like that every day, but if that hadn't happened, there was a supermarket and an ATM nearby, so it was very nice.
