5-Star Hotels in Piedmont, Italy

It’s just not good, it’s too good for vacation. The room is perfect. The entire corner of the manor is very clean. Although the front desk has a strange accent, it is a very reassuring resort hotel. The little castle just happened to have a wedding. It took a very nice and quiet day. Everything is very good, breakfast is not much, but it is delicious. The set menu of 70 euros for dinner is recommended. In addition to the location, there is no great scenery. The hotel is very good.

Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful!  And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year!  The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat!  But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

Rooms are small and uncomfortable . Restaurant and bistro are not available for dinner on Saturday

Perfect experience. The largest suite I've stayed in at the same price in Europe in the past decade. As expected of Turin, the service is perfect. Low-key luxury without ostentation, and it also has a relaxing feeling with cost-effectiveness. Perfect score!

The room is great. Walking into the inner building of this hotel is like walking into a Roman palace. The room is very large, with dry and wet separation, good hygiene, and very high ceilings. The room has a balcony, looking at the church opposite. It is very close to all places, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to both the attractions and Via Roma. The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to-one service. Overall, it is great and worth experiencing. A small suggestion for the hotel is that their gypsum board is a little peeling. If this is done well, it will be more perfect.

Yes, this hotel is definitely a superb 5-star property! I checked in smoothly, left my luggage at their storage, and went out for a walk. When I came back to my room, my bags were already there. I felt a sense of comfort, luxury, and security. Everything was top-notch. I've realized that you shouldn't skimp on comfort – a good night's sleep in a comfortable place is crucial after long days of sightseeing and walking. I definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again next time. I was only there for one night, but I saw and felt everything I needed to... it was incredibly warm and comfortable in every way!

A very high-level boutique hotel. If you are in need of accommodation quality and personal services, it is recommended to stay at this hotel. It will definitely give you a different feeling.

Overall was a good stay. breakfast could be more various. would be goos to have more amenities in the room and bathroom. The Michelin star restaurant was tasty.

First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions. First point: When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel door to help open the door and help with the luggage. Only the receptionist stood in the distance waiting for us, and we had to carry the boxes over many steps to check in. When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him. Second point, the room was not cleaned in time. One morning, I hung the card that needed to be cleaned before going out. As a result, when we came back in the afternoon, we found that the room was not cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk to ask please help me clean the room. Third, when we checked out, the front desk system and staff were confused. I paid the full room fee when I booked. When I checked out, the staff asked me to pay the room rate again, which confused me, but she was quickly stopped by her manager.
