Hotel location was perfect, very close to the bus station and about a 10 min walk from the train station. Staff, service and breakfast were excellent. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathrooms were connected through an air vent, I suppose, because our room sometimes had a bad smell, sometimes of cigarettes or something else. However, it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel is not far from the bus station. The staff is very nice. Help We arrive at 6 am to check in. Plus, we have free breakfast. But the room is quite dark and the air conditioner is very old, overall good value for money.

I checked in late, but they waited for my check-in time and the location was really great! However, security is limited to a wooden door and a glass window, so the first floor can be a bit scary if you are a woman alone. She speaks Korean quite well.
There are relatively few Chinese tourists living here. It is on the side of the road and not in the town. When I drove here at night, it felt very remote, but when I got up to go to Pamukkale in the morning, it was actually only about 1-2 kilometers away from the town. It only takes 5-10 minutes to drive to Pamukkale. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the busiest places.
It feels like it is a family-run B&B. The owner is very polite and I always see him busy. He even prepares breakfast. During breakfast, he will also considerately help the guests take photos and set up photo frames as souvenirs.
I didn't have high expectations when I checked in. After all, I moved from a big hotel and I'm not used to staying in B&Bs. But from the perspective of a B&B, it's pretty good, mainly because it's clean.
Breakfast is simple but enough.
If you come to Pamukkale, you can stay with peace of mind. Personal evaluation is quite high.
Overall, the hotel is generally not far from the scenic area. However, the overall environment and price of the hotel are not proportional to the price, the price is high, the environment is also 300 yuan, the most important room is the mirror, the bed is the mirror, The bed is a mirror, even the ceiling is a mirror, there is a mosque next to it, singing at 6 o'clock in the morning, people who sleep light are cautious
This is a clean and satisfactory hotel. The location is good and it is a good hotel for traveling to Pamukkale. Check-in time is also 9 am. Check-out time was also good because you didn't have to wait for check-in time at 12 o'clock.
The staff is very helpful and the service is good especially during Ramadhan. The hotel needs more amenities especially the pillow which is terrible and also they need to clean the room everyday, the pillow sheet is really terrible and also need to improve the quality of the mattress which is not suitable for a hotel. Anyway I am happy to stay at the hotel for 3 nights with its nice location and affordable price, thanks to the staff also for your help in getting a transport to the airport..
Good Value !!
I had to waste some time waiting for a serving lady to figure out processing credit card, on behalf of the lady who forgot to process it the night before when she checked me in. The server for breakfast kept humbly apologizing, though I told her it wasn't her fault.
The hotel is located in the center of the city and has its own parking lot for self-driving. There are many restaurants around. The room area is relatively small and cramped, the facilities are a bit aging, the shower door is almost falling off, and the air conditioner is basically not cooling. Breakfast is OK.

SSarah and EricThe Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.
GGuest UserThe host of this hotel is good. He is sleeping in the counter at midnight. But whenever you need help at 3am, he will give you a helping hand. He is 100/100!
Location is a bit far to the city center when comparing to other hotels. But given for this price, I think it’s very good.
There is no cover for the bathing area, so water flash out when showering.

GGuest UserThe room and environment are all good. It is very close to Pamukkale. The breakfast is a little stingy. The set meal only has one piece of sausage per person. Everything else is good.

RRchiI would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.
