We informed the authority but they didn’t do anything about it. Their morning breakfast was good tho. The bathroom of our unit was extremely small. We booked the hillside delux (the view from the window was terrible tho)"

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, which made it easy to move around. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the environment was quiet and comfortable for rest. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of food options. The quality and taste were satisfying. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff service. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great place to relax and enjoy some leisure time. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar and would love to stay here again in the future.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. 💙 The location is excellent—just a short distance from the beach, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet stay. 🌊 The rooftop view was stunning, especially during sunset. 🌅 Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Cox’s Bazar if you’re looking for comfort, hospitality, and a touch of luxury. Highly recommended! 🌟

During check-in, they took separate photos of both me and my wife, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this was never done. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels. During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

We had an excellent stay at Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. We traveled as a family of 7, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which really stood out to us. The beach access was perfect, and the overall ambiance of the resort was calm and family-friendly. We also enjoyed the food—there was a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Traveling with a larger group can sometimes be challenging, but the resort handled everything very well, making our vacation stress-free and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar, especially families.
