We arrived at the hotel very late, but checking in wasn’t a problem at all. Even though it was past check-in time, we were still able to do self check-in with the help of the security guard. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, which I was so thankful for,my husband and I had been driving all day and were way too tired to deal with any hassle.
The room was super tidy and clean when we got there. And when I say clean, I mean 5-star hotel kind of clean.I absolutely loved it. It was also really quiet, and we had a peaceful night’s rest.
During checkout, the receptionist actually called one of the staff to check the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. It helps avoid the stress of forgetting personal stuff.
They also have designated parking just for hotel guests, and it’s guarded by security, which is a big plus. Oh, and I loved the decor, really artsy and gave off a classy, expensive vibe. They also have board game rentals for you to enjoy while staying at the hotel, which I thought was a fun and cozy touch.
Room at Cozzy was OK. It was very basic, but that was exactly what I expected of a cheap 'motel' (it's not a hotel). So I was happy with that. Spacious room and good shower
The only downside was the location. It's located 2 meters from a small alley, which is heavily used by motorbikes (shortcut from one street to another), so that sound was quite disturbing. Also right opposite my room was a small church, where close to 9am a service started, with a microphone so I could hear every word the preacher said. I think that is daily, because it was on a Thursday, not a Sunday.
The owner is very friendly.
If you are an easy sleeper and on a tight budget, this might be a good place for you!

Recently stayed at Kota Lodge Melaka and had a great experience. Check-in was via whatapp, and online payment RM50 for deposit + RM3 for heritage tax.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from major attractions like Jonker Street, Dutch Square, Stadthuys, and the Melaka River, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local food scene.
The room was clean, cozy, with a comfortable bed, fan and good air conditioning. While the property has a simple, no-frills vibe, it offers great value for money. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it wasn’t a major issue for me.
Overall, Kota Lodge Melaka is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers who just want a comfortable, and well-located stay. I would definitely return on my next trip!

MmiooI recently spent one night at the Asiatic Hotel in Malacca and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located within short driving distance of key attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and the Stadthuys, making it a good base for sightseeing.
The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the basic amenities provided, including complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a kettle for making tea or coffee. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for streaming and work.
While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, there are several eateries and cafes nearby, and the staff was happy to give recommendations. Parking was easy and free, which is a big plus in Malacca.
If I had to mention a downside, the soundproofing could be better — I could occasionally hear hallway noise and other guests. But for a short stay, it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, the Asiatic Hotel offers good value for money and is a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay in Malacca.
MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent getaway. I look forward to returning to [Hotel Name] in the future for another unforgettable stay.
MMinNirLocation superb... Easy access to Jonker Street..
Cleanliness was great... I love the room, spacious.. toilet was clean.. but no big mirror..only inside the toilet.
The bed was comfy.. amenities were complete... Towel, toiletries.. fridge, tv programs...and also umbrellas... Love it..
Worth my money, only you will face difficulty to find a parking...but it is possible to get good parking..
PPOJEELocation 5min walking distance to jonker street, restaurants and river. The room is super clean and hotel smell good. The caretaker is so kind and friendly. You won’t find a better deal than this hotel. It's clean and affordable, which is a rare combination.
AAnonymous UserNot very far from Malacca historic centre.
The name of the accommodation is only available around the corner of the building / on the exterior of building. So you may miss it if you look too closely (no name at the staircase entrance).
Need to pay 50MYR deposit when check-in (you get a receipt and then when you return the locker keys, you get back the deposit and sign on the receipt).
There is an electric boiler in shower room but I could not find the switch to turn it on. I did not bother to find a staff as it was late at night.

AAnonymous UserStay this hotel for several times and mostly if the price is low will considerate.
The Small Double Room is really really SMALL(but the bathroom is quite BIG)!
The bed is comfortable, cleanliness just average.
▶The water dispenser just provide cold water(warm water not functioning).
▶Limited parking space provided.
JJjahilinnhThe service is excellent (only a couple of minutes to do the registration). The reception staff was also accommodating, he guided me to the room and briefed every facility inside.
However, I felt a little bit funny when they gave me a TV remote control, but there was no TV inside the room.
But the location is awesome, very convenient and you can walk to every of the attractions places in Malacca Central.
On my Check-out day, I asked the reception if I could leave my luggage there from 11 am - 6 pm. Because I still want to walk around the place before my flight at 8 pm. And the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, he allowed it (thanks to him a lot, so I can walk freely without carrying a lot of things with me around the town). No worries, the reception is trustworthy! your things are safe! When I came back for my luggage at 6 pm, the receptionist even asked me if I what to use the bathroom to freshen myself before my flight. How thoughtful he is!
