This place is just 5 minutes away from ishiuchi maruyama ski gondola. Great value place to stay which is easily bookable. Owner provided transfer to and from echigo yuzawa station. Very friendly and even helped to carry the heavy luggage up the car and to our room. No lift access which is very common in smaller places like these. Two private bathhouse available for sharing. Rental price is great and he took great effort in ensuring fit. Also discounted gondola prices available. Breakfast was delicious which was included too. Overall owner and his wife are very warm to all the customers. Would stay here again!

アクセス 新潟駅万代口から徒歩5分圏内。ローソンが近くにある。ビルの4階だがエレベーターがあるので楽にたどり着ける。 システム 無人対応。ドア前に各宿泊者向けのメモが貼られている。それを見ると鍵の開け方がわかるのでセキュリティ上は良くないかもしれない。 アメニティは浴室のシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープとドライヤーがある。タオルや耳栓は有料。ベッドエリアは土足禁止。 ベッドは二段。上がり口は独立していてカーテンで仕切られている。布団とライトとコンセントがある。鍵はない。足元に靴や小型のスーツケースを収納するスペースがある。 貴重品ロッカー、大型スーツケースをしまう場所があるかどうかわからなかった。 公共スペースにはソファ、作業机3台あり。 トイレは男女分かれている。シャワースペース2室は男女共用。洗面台は4台。 清潔 ベッドエリアは十分に清潔。冷房がしっかり効いている。トイレやシャワールームも清潔、換気扇の埃や鏡の曇りがある程度。 総合 荷物が多くない滞在で、シャワーと風呂、ベッドが使えればよいという場合は快適に過ごせる。

Although the hotel is a bit old, the room is renovated, bright and clean, and the area is large. The hot spring is comfortable. The hotel is next to the ski slopes. It is very convenient to ski in winter. The breakfast and dinner are buffets. I did not patronize, but there is a restaurant nearby. I am not afraid of nothing to eat.

The hotel has little in the way of food unless you purchase the meal plan. The closest restaurant was a 30min walk.  Given the weather, I made do with a curry rice cup from the small store on site.  My room was on the second floor.  The room was clean, but the hallway was not.  The carpet was torn and worn.  It really needs some attention. The staff was nice and helpful.

It's close to the station, so it's convenient for transportation. It's a shame there isn't a large public bath. There's a convenience store and restaurants nearby, so it's not a problem. It feels like an APA Hotel with a strong business hotel feel.

The grandfather at the front desk was very kind and friendly, although the language was not available, but it was very helpful. The dinner is also delicious, the environment is clean and hygienic, and it feels like a traditional Japanese hotel. The only downside is that there is only a public bathhouse, and the bathhouse has private time, which may take a long time if you want to take a bath during this time. My girlfriend likes 🥰

To be honest, the appearance is old. However, the interior and interior have been renewed and are not old-fashioned. The view of the open space and restaurant was so great that I forgot the oldness! The windows are large and the sash is small, so the scenery is good and you can feel as if you are on the water. Also, the service at the restaurant was very polite. Overall I am very satisfied.

If you sleep lightly, you should go to a big hotel, but if you die of sleep, maybe I won’t mind ´∀`, but the degree of satisfaction varies from person to person and will not be influenced by the accommodation~ The toilet is clean and tidy with an electric toilet lid, which should be newly renovated. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. The boss is very nice and talkative. Behind the house is Lake Kamo. He also took us to feed the seagulls and swans. Those who need a car will drive them to the car rental office. It's a 7 or 8 minute walk from Ryotsu Port. It's easy to find. In a tatami room, there are two-layer mattresses for sleeping. Sometimes the quilt will be delivered later to help the guests make the bed. If the room is large, it may be put in advance.
