Facilities and hotel remain excellent, just like the customer service. Consistently good. However, they do not provide basics in the room such as water at all. For a hotel of this type and the price they charge, a courtesy water bottle each day should be standard.

Location is excellent, about a 2/3 minute walk from Frankfurt main station, has a small supermarket also within a 2 minute walk. Adequate amenities, you can alway ask receptionist if there is anything else you need (some you may need to pay for) nice spacious room with black out curtains and rooms kept a good amount of sound out. Shower was amazing hot water and good pressure. Would definitely stay again at the hotel. Just one major thing to consider before booking. At first we didn’t understand why the surrounding would affect the hotels review but we now see why it should be made aware. Nothing is wrong with the hotel and it’s not the hotel’s fault but on the street and surrounding streets you get a lot of homeless or people on ***** and can get quite dangerous and feel unsafe especially female guests. It’s not just 3/4 people either we witnessed at night around 15 people on the street gathering and would get cat called literally 10 steps away from the hotel.
conveniently located, you can either walk from the bus station or take the tram (which stops directly at a&o).
cleanliness was overall ok (ultimately depends on people you are rooming with)

The hotel is located in a top location of Marburg, very central. The lift to the upper city is reached in about 15 minutes walk, the bus to the castle in maximum 5 minutes.
The room is keep b&b standard: not ”luxury”, but all that you need for a few nights so. space just except, luggage deposit would already be useful.
With the staff of the house we had no problems, all appear very friendly, despite the visible bad occupation
Near main station and shopping street. The room is clean and big enough for 2 persons. There was daily cleaning but the staff did not refill the liquid soap and provide new paper coffee cup. However, it is not a problem that we can ask at the reception. No kettle in the room but we can borrow at the reception with 10 Euro deposit.
I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip and I found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The location is a bit far from the city center, but this was not really a problem because there is a light rail station right at the front door. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center in a short time. This made traveling around simple and convenient, even though the hotel itself is outside the busy areas.
The room was very clean and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, which gave me a comfortable feeling during my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture felt new. I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming.
The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement.
The room was OK, suitable for a short business trip. However, the description on Ctrip was slightly different. I paid a lot more for a smoking room, but after checking in, I found out it was a non-smoking room.

GGuest UserNear main station and shopping street. The room is clean and big enough for 2 persons. GGuest UserPerfectly good modern no-frills hotel. Room not huge but big enough and had all the facilities you would expect, ie. aircon, TV with plenty of channels (mostly German, obviously). Room and hotel very clean. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the city centre but benefits from having the Ostbahnhof U-bahn station a few yards away. Here you can catch the U6 train into the centre (takes 10 minutes at most). If using the U-bahn and S-bahn systems, get a day ticket (7 euros) - otherwise it’s 3 euros 65 for a single journey.
GGuest UserThe location is not in the city center, a little off the beaten track, the room facilities are average, relatively quiet, if you consider the cost performance, you can choose it, the breakfast is rich, there are freshly baked hot bread.
GGuest UserVery good experience. The hotel seat is very good. Very clean and distinctive. Self-check-in and check-out are so comfortable. It is also convenient to go shopping. Very satisfied with the experience. I will go to the room next time. There is a Grimm fairy tale book in the room. The fairy tale Marburg feels full.
EEnza BaoziConveniently located near both the railway and bus stations, with plenty of small shops around. It’s also very close to the main streets downtown. The staff was friendly, and the room felt incredibly comfortable.
GGuest UserFood: No reservations so can’t comment
Location: Not the best, but it’s convenient if you want to go to the old town or business district, because there is bus 51/78 in 7 minutes or you can ride an electric scooter in 30 minutes to get there.
Service: Satisfactory, the staff is friendly and will explain everything to you. They will also recommend nearby delicious restaurants to you and help solve your needs.
Room: Very nice and tidy. Although it is a bit thin and can barely accommodate the large luggage, it is already bigger than the double rooms in some hotels in Hong Kong.
