This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

The room size was just right, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel lobby was decorated with great style. What truly deserves high praise is the hotel's breakfast; it offered a rich variety of options, including local specialties like milk tea and baked buns. It truly felt like enjoying a gourmet experience without even leaving the hotel, leaving us with a wonderful impression of our trip.

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This stay was fantastic! Upon arrival, the front desk greeted us warmly, and check-in was prompt. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel parking lot was spacious, making parking a breeze. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was attentive and attentive to every detail. I'll definitely stay here again! When checking in, the front desk couldn't find our reservation, and it was frustrating that someone who arrived later than us was able to check in first. Although the front desk lady apologized sincerely, I hope to investigate the reasoning. Upon check-out, both cards were refunded, and they sent a message saying they only received one. Shouldn't they have checked in at check-out? Or should they have confirmed how many cards were received?

The hotel environment is excellent, with great soundproofing and superb service. They offer airport pickup, complimentary welcome fruits, and the afternoon tea was decent. The breakfast selection was extensive and the overall taste was good.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The copper pot milk tea for breakfast was very authentic and there were many varieties. Drinking a bowl of milk tea and eating a bowl of ramen was very filling. Hahahahaha. Xiaona and Xiaoyuan at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. Because I didn't know what to eat in Alashan, they took out a small map for me to navigate. They were really enthusiastic! And when I asked about the local specialties, they gave me an agate bracelet! The stay experience can be said to be quite good!

The service is good. The front desk guy and girl are warm and hospitable. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. If I have the opportunity to come to Jining next time, I will definitely stay at Atour again.

Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and made check-in easy. Smooth Check-In: Checking in was quick and hassle-free. Easy Commute: Though not downtown, getting to the center was simple with Didi. Yummy Breakfast: Enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a good variety. Big Room, Everything I Need: The room was spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. Overall, a great stay. Minor drawback: Despite being a non-smoking room, some guests were still smoking inside, leaving a lingering cigarette smell. It would be beneficial for the hotel to allocate smokers exclusively to designated smoking rooms.

Facilities: The room was very new and clean. Hygiene: The sink, toilet, and bedding were all very clean. Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, just a few hundred steps west of the Tongliao Station exit. Service: Absolutely outstanding! I rarely experience such excellent service in hotels below five stars in Northeast China. A butler contacted us in advance, and they truly went above and beyond to meet every single request. A special thanks to our butler, Mianmian, for helping our family. Since we had a child, she helped us switch to a non-smoking room, stored our frozen items, and even gave us free breakfast. She truly went above and beyond. An excellent hotel! I recommend it ten thousand stars.

The manager who checked me in on the afternoon of the 12th was friendly and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to upgrade my room! The interior of the guest room is exotic, with the old Russian architectural style, elegant atmosphere without losing modern fashion! On the second day of my stay, the hotel also gave me a complimentary fruit, which is also good! One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work.
