The twin beds were perfect for our family of four (two adults, two kids)! 👍
The room itself was incredibly clean, can't fault it.
The location was great too, very convenient for getting around.
They offer free parking with plenty of spaces available.
And the revolving restaurant for breakfast was a really nice touch! 😀

The room is quite spacious, larger than what you typically find in chain hotels. Breakfast is good; in addition to common dishes, bread, etc., they also offer freshly cooked noodles and wontons. They even have Mongolian milk tea. After the meal, there's fruit and yogurt.

Im impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry.
Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before.
Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.
I'm in the city on business. I find it easy to stay at this hotel.
The rooms are very hot in the winter and there is no air conditioning. The outside temperature is -20 degrees. It's not comfortable to sleep with the AC on in such a hot night.

They upgraded us, an older couple, to a Russian-style room. The facilities were excellent and fully equipped, the toiletries were good, and the shower water was nice and hot – perfect for unwinding. It was clean and well-maintained, with timely housekeeping. The hotel is located on Zhongsu Jinjie, a bustling street, making shopping and getting around very convenient; it was easy to hail a taxi quickly from the roadside. The service deserves a special mention; the front desk staff were warm and thoughtful. They even allowed us to have an early breakfast because we had to catch a morning train. The Russian-style buffet afternoon tea was a comfortable spot for relaxing and chatting.
Hotel is a queit good and clean also happy with the breakfast, I feel more yummy on a mongolian traditional milk tea with boortsog & urum...
So I've had a 2 problems with 1 of it is, therefore an announcement were next to the elevator, was horribly for me, another problem is I've ordered and 1 queen size room next or nearby elevator & not so far from it, but it was

The room was quite spacious, breakfast was good, and the service was warm. The location is also decent, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Overall, it's okay.
However, there are some downsides:
1. The way to turn off the night light is very peculiar; you can't figure it out on your own and need to call the front desk or housekeeping for instructions.
2. It's advertised as a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was quite noticeable.
3. The pillows were uncomfortable. In this regard, international chain hotels don't compare to similarly priced domestic brands. The domestic competition means they often excel in providing more meticulous and thoughtful details.

Highly recommend for families! The rooms are brand new and spotless, which is to be expected from a newly opened hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. The smart home features throughout and the screen-mirroring TV made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Although it's a 4-star hotel, I felt the facilities were even better than some 5-star hotels in the area. The Instagrammable spiral staircase adds a really nice touch to the ambiance.
The location by the Yimin River is great, and having its own parking and charging stations makes it very car-friendly. The welcome amenities were incredibly thoughtful – the souvenir, welcome fruits, and snacks really set a lovely tone.
The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with many local specialties definitely worth trying.

The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both quick with no unnecessary waiting time. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The furniture and appliances were all new and the facilities were comprehensive; the air conditioning, TV, and water heater all worked perfectly. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the pillows were just right – neither too soft nor too firm. I'll definitely be coming back.

The hotel is right next to my relatives' residential area, and I was so happy to discover this Hilton Garden Inn here in Hailar – now there's a Hilton brand in town! Upon checking in, the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us from a Garden Twin Room to a Deluxe Twin Room. We were originally given two breakfast vouchers, but when she saw we had a child with us, she kindly gave us an extra one for free! The front desk staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. Xiao Wen, Xiao Wang, and the front desk receptionist on duty were all fantastic! The breakfast spread in the restaurant was excellent, and the ladies working there were also very nice. The room layout was well-designed, with a simple yet stylish decor. At one point, I needed one yuan and asked the front desk, and they even lent it to me enthusiastically! It really helped me out of a bind. Thumbs up to the service at Hilton Garden Inn Hailar! 👍

Lliliy1023The location is incredibly convenient! There's a bus stop right outside the door and the subway station is just a two-minute walk away. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. They even upgraded my room! Plus, they have a robot delivery service for meals. The hotel breakfast is also very extensive. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserKe Xin provided excellent service, helping me with my luggage and getting a taxi. The Tuga Camp has a viewing deck where you can watch the sunrise in the morning. Unfortunately, it was cloudy the day I arrived, and it was quite cold in mid-June, but the room itself was very comfortable. The air conditioning was powerful! The panoramic view rooms are especially good; you can watch the grasslands and the afterglow of the sunset right from your room – it's absolutely beautiful! The room was well-equipped, the bathroom was clean with strong water pressure, and the toiletries were of good quality. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a semi-buffet with staple options like shaomai and plain noodles, and the savory milk tea was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of major attractions. To the north are Dazhao Temple, Xilitu Zhao Temple, and Saishang Old Street. To the south are Guanyin Temple and Baoerhan Pagoda. Next door is the yet-to-be-opened Labuqi Zhao Temple. The silver Buddha and dragon carvings inside Dazhao Temple, along with the dragon carvings in the ancient Buddha hall of Xilitu Zhao Temple, are well-preserved and exquisitely crafted – truly stunning to see. Also, the ice-boiled lamb at Zecheng is incredibly tasty; the Dazhao Siheyuan branch is the closest to the hotel, just a few minutes' walk according to navigation.
AAnonymous UserFirst off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

GGuest UserHygiene: Impeccable. The housekeeping auntie was very responsible, and the room was exceptionally clean.
Environment: It's the cozy type I love; I had a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast was also delicious, the best I've had so far in a hotel in Erenhot.

GGuest UserAmazing place! Amazing hosts! Amazing team! Amazing service!
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home!
If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic.
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended!
If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

GGuest UserHighly recommend this courtyard hotel! The small courtyard is charmingly antique, with a quiet and serene environment that's perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle. You can walk to all the major attractions and shopping areas, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was spotless and cozy, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The owner and staff were all very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, and the price was very reasonable. I've already saved this place; I'll choose it every time I visit!
OoyukaIt was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.
Close to airport.
Airport transfer and no fee
On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.
Reach out to hotel to book transportation.
Thank you.
