Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. ThumbsUp 👍

Guest UserI stayed in an air-conditioned cabin without a private bathroom this time. It was cleaner than I expected. I'd recommend bringing a pair of flip-flops for the shared showers. Other amenities like toothbrushes and towels were disposable, which was great. Getting a taxi was difficult, but the host was incredibly thoughtful and came to pick us up. There was a bonfire party in the evening, and they set off fireworks like there was no tomorrow! Watching the stars and fireworks in the desert was absolutely beautiful!

Guest UserThe hotel stay was quite good. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept soundly at night. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. There were many restaurants across the street, making dining very convenient.

Guest UserI absolutely loved this place! I’m writing this as a foreigner who went with 4 other foreigners for a special birthday weekend. First, the service. We have good Chinese proficiency, but those with limited to none will be fine. Most of the communication and coordination is handled via WeChat - which can auto translate. 东 “Dong” was our main contact. He rocked and gave us a real experience. He shuttled us in the sand jeep, gifted me a cake for my birthday, and was just an overall cool guy. Thanks! Second, the location and accommodations. If you stay near Desert Star, there’s a lot of people and campsites - that area seems like a bit of a tourist funnel. This area is located in the REAL sand dunes area. Further North, you actually cross into Inner Mongolia. The separation and distance is worth it. Makes for brighter stars and a more authentic experience. Third, the food. They were able to coordinate a whole lamb to be roasted for my birthday. It was absolutely extraordinary. The sides for it were some of the best I had on the entire trip - they have some skilled chefs there. This place has great reviews, and it’s worth it. I do recommend this to foreigners, and I hope I can return one day.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower (though Gaode Maps was a bit off, directing me to the Drum Tower roundabout). The hotel's overall design is pleasant. Upon entering the room, it felt like a classic 4-star hotel in terms of layout. The attention to detail was excellent; things like the signs and small amenities were thoughtfully placed and very user-friendly. It gives the impression that the owner has a background in hotel management.
The sole drawback was the strong foot odor emanating from the duvet I used. My friends staying in other rooms didn't encounter this, but the smell in my room was quite pervasive. I suspect the linen might have been contaminated during transport or handling. Additionally, the carpet in the guest room showed signs of age, with some dusty spots in hard-to-reach areas.
The hotel offers a private parking lot, and they were very thoughtful in covering my car with a sunshade, which was a great service.
The half-point deduction is primarily for the duvet's strange smell; otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Hello there!
The hotel was great overall, with very helpful staff. The room was clean and functional, I especially liked the lighting setup, which could be adjusted to create a really cozy atmosphere. The location wasn’t particularly special for me, but it would be ideal if you plan to visit the nearby amusement park.
The breakfast, however, was disappointing. The food didn’t taste good, and the dining area was cluttered with dirty dishes, making it difficult to even find a seat.

Guest UserI decided to go to Yinchuan on a whim during the May Day holiday. After comparing several hotels along the way, this was the only one in the same price range with the largest room. It had two floor-to-ceiling windows, making it very spacious and comfortable. However, because it's facing the street, there was some noise from passing vehicles. The soundproofing was slightly lacking; the elevator door opening sound was clearly audible. The sofa was very comfortable, suitable for both business and family use. It had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and was easy to use. The amenities were complete, but the ”Hisense Xiaoju” (a type of smart toilet seat) was a bit of a letdown; its performance wasn't as good as ”*du” or ”*ai” (another type of smart toilet seat), it was a bit slow to respond, and had fewer functions. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service with a very quick and responsive attitude. The front desk had prepared disposable toilet seat covers and other basic supplies, making it convenient for guests to help themselves. It was very child-friendly; breakfast was served directly to children without tickets. It's very close to the Drum Tower, Jade Emperor Pavilion, a famous local snack shop, and Kemali snack shop, all within walking or cycling distance. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Of course, for family trips, it would be perfect if the hotel provided a couple more bottles of water!

It is not easy for everyone to do business now, so it is habitually praised. However, there are a few things to say. The geographical organization is excellent, and the supermarket downstairs is the cheapest in the city. There is a problem, can you accept it? The sound of running water in the bathroom is huge at around 1 am. I thought the pipe was broken. I woke up many times to check it, which affected the quality of sleep. The breakfast category is single, the key is that it is cold except for porridge. Hope to improve!

Jago SevatarOf all the camps in the area to choose from I highly recommend staying at this particular one. The manager Wang Shiquan and his team are incredibly good hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. As a foreigner I felt incredibly welcomed and included.
The tents are of really good quality and very roomy. The beds are really comfy too. The activities are also plentiful with quad biking, camel riding and sandboarding. Shapotou is very close by too with much to do.
Ningxia is definitely an underrated province and I highly recommend anyone to come and see it and experience the kind hospitality of it's people from this camp.
Thank you for a great stay.
