The hotel is super close to the exhibition center – just step out, turn left, and cross the pedestrian bridge. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Block House steak is a definite highlight. Skyline is also just a straight 10-minute walk away. Public transport is easily accessible too, with a bus stop right around the corner.
The hotel is conveniently located near a large plaza, which is a big plus. It's about a 20-minute walk from the station, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. It's clean, but there's a bit of noise.

Checked in late around 10pm and got assigned a room on the 4th floor that wasn’t cleaned yet. I was shocked when I saw that. Already tired, I had to drag my luggage to the reception again and ask for a proper room. Another reception staff assigned me to a room on the 7th floor with nice view of the train station (thanks). However, on the last night, saw a tiny cockroach at the side of the window in my room. Again, shocked since I expected better from a Japanese chain hotel. The design of the room was a bit old school and should be modernized and would appreciate if basic toilet amenities were provided. Breakfast was decent with a variety of food. Reception staff (aside from the one who assigned me the uncleaned room) was super friendly, nice and helpful. Overall, value stay and the location is great.
The facilities and services are good, and the room has two separate beds. Although it's compact, it has everything you need. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas with a sliding door are well-designed, and the mirror has an anti-fog function. The hotel offers breakfast; it's the same every day but quite comprehensive. The location is on the quieter side of the main train station, and tram 37 goes directly there. Getting to the exhibition center is a bit more troublesome, taking about 30 minutes by foot or public transport. There's a small riverside park nearby where you can take a stroll.
The room is small, there are basic equipment, to meet the basic needs of travel and rest, sound insulation is very good. The location is good, opposite the fountain punching point, there is a bus directly to the train station. The photo is opposite the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Gare de l'Est train and metro station, and just 2-3 stops from the center of Paris, which is incredibly convenient. The environment is bright, and the facilities are relatively new. Crucially, the price is reasonable and much better than hotels in the city center. The room was cleaned daily, but they were a bit forgetful – sometimes they'd forget to empty the trash or replace the toilet paper, but it wasn't a major issue.
Pretty new hotel but quite a distance from the train station, especially if you are pushing trolley and luggages. Very near to shopping mall and lot of entries within walking distance.

The hotel was prefectly fine. Very clean, very nice people at the front desk, very convenient location, nice breakfast. I had zero troubles with the noise from the street, the windows are good to isolate the noise.
The location is sketchy but honestly, nobody mess with you while you go around walking.
I totally enjoy staying here, thank you!

The hotel is very close to the train station, just around the corner. There's no elevator, but I was given a room on the second floor with a small balcony. The room had a fan. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets and a Flixbus stop, which is very convenient.

FFrank Sch.The room was super clean and well-equipped. It's not the most modern, but everything you need is there. We felt comfortable and had a lovely view of the lake. The breakfast was equally good, although some of the cheeses looked like they'd been sitting around for a while.
ZZulaanaRoom was clean, location was the best. There was 1 small fridge, 1 kettle, and 1 fan. There was no air conditioning, so we opened the window. But at night, there was a lot of noise from drunk people outside.

SSoul PhilosopherI recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays.
The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach.
Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.
GGuest UserI had 3days stay there. Was advised about breakfast at check in, but they didn't provide breakfast in the morning due to the renovation, trip.com was able to refund the 3 breakfast cost which is great.
Asked to make up the room, but the tissue box was still not filled up, as well as the shampoo box.
GGuest UserUpon arrival the Receptionist was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was placed in a room on Ground Level, facing their little Garden Area. The Room was very big, clean and allowed to be able to open the window, roll down the shutters for more privacy and allowed for outdoor seating. The bed was a Kingsize Bed and they also had a sofa Chair in there which could be rolled out for additional sleeping. They do offer breakfast at the location from 7am until 9am, which consists of fresh breads, rolls, assorted cheese, german meats, eggs, jelly, etc. Very nice and delicious and costs 16 Euros per person per day.
The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Bed. It was hard as a rock, not kidding. I used the provided blanket to sleep on, but could not. It was still very hard. So, the first night I sat up in the bed against the pillow and was only able to doze off for a little at a time, but could not fully sleep and was cold as there was not additional blanket for me to use to cover myself. The next day I requested another blanket and was provided one, but even so I now had 2 blankets to sleep on, the bed was still way to hard and again, I was cold for most of the night because I had nothing to cover myself with.
Based on that experience I cannot recommend the Hotel, unless you like to sleep on Cement.
SSanny ChowIt takes you less than 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Central train station. Staff friendly and efficient - there was some little problem of the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he arranged to change to another room for us. And lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.
