Erika QureshiAs expected from a Japanese hotel, I was delighted to find rice and miso soup for breakfast. The reception staff were also very friendly, and the room was comfortable with air conditioning. However, be careful when using the shower: you must turn the ventilation to maximum and close the door, otherwise the fire alarm may go off. If it does, you'll have to pay a €450 fine.

ArchDragonWe visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it.
The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests.
We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out.
However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting.
A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

Unfortunately there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, otherwise really super for the money.
Grade if you want to spend the night before the flight to Frankfurt.

Guest UserThe hotel has left a very solid impression overall. Specifically positive was the cleanliness – both the room and the bath were very careful and ordained. The shower had a surprisingly strong water pressure, which was really pleasant after a long day. The bed was also comfortable so you could sleep well.
Another point of benefit was the staff: late check-in was allowed flexible and uncomplicated, making the arrival much more relaxed. A generally pleasant stay with good price-performance ratio.

SweetzhulinghunExcellent value for money, and super convenient for getting around. There are buses, subways, and trams all nearby, plus lots of restaurants and even a Chinese supermarket. Shopping is also a breeze. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself its quite ok.
The only thing i need to complain is the service. Be aware that they will ask you for a credit card when checking in. I dont have one. The service staff refused to let me check in even i had payed the roomrate already and even i offered that they can double charge me in case its for deposit reasons and later refund me the overpaied money. They refused that, they also refused to refund my money when i offered them to chose another hotel. They also refused to let me speak to their manager. At the end, the only choice i had was asking a friend to help me out with his credit card.
Be aware of that, either you have a credit card ready or you keep distance from this hotel.

Nice location, 4 mins walk to the tram station and it’s like 20 mins to go to city centre by the tram 17.
Staffs seem like got confused by the Trip booking as the prices here already included the city tax so don’t need to pay separately. But it’s solved perfectly in the end so no complaints.
The room facilities are a bit out of date but overall it’s clean, the double bed is the combination of 2 single beds so it’s not super comfortable if you are used to the bigger beds.

Guest UserAbsolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water.
Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!
