5-Star Hotels in North Sumatra, Indonesia

Very old 5 star Hotel that the room amenities is only 3 stars. Staff were great and friendly Room amenities worst than 3 star hotel, very old towels, cheap body and hair shampoo. Recommend to bring your own. Room sound proof is so bad that you can hear every single words from next door. Totally can't get good sleep due to next door talking non stops, imagine they do some exercise... Breakfast space is too small to cater full house. Food selection was mid Gym was the highlight, world class gym. But lack of air conditioning.

We had 2 night gate away here, Fantastic stay 💕💕💕💕💕!!! Breakfast superb! Beach is gorgeous view , facilities are top knot ! I had a lot of pretty photos taken here in the hotel area. Every corner is fabulous photo spot !!

Initial room was at level 9 but since its weekend all of the room types are fully book. Smelled of smoking remnants makes me dizzy and ask for air freshner. Next morning ask to change room and got the level 7 which decent, but both room does not include with a smart TV for me to a conference for business meeting. Anyways my advixe is prior booking should have add a notes for non smoking request

Fantastic resort at Samosir island, typical of what one might expect from a 5 star resort. Island weather was a cooling 20 degrees but the water in the pool is warm, so you could enjoy it even in the evening. Oh not to mention the view. The outdoor equipments like bicycles, e-scooters, electric cars are very well maintain, so you could rent it with peace of mind.

IT'S JUST FANTABULOUS EXPERIENCE STAY IN THE PROPERTY HONESTLY. LOCATION JUST BEYOND IMAGINABLE DISTANCE AS WELL AS EASY ACCES TO THE CITY. ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE TO STAY AS WELL AS FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING HOSPITALITY. GOOD MANNER WELL TRAINED STAFFS. FANTASTIC BREAKFAST HAS BEEN SERVED. HAPPY STAY IN THIS HOTEL TQS AND REGARDS
