3-Star Hotels in Budva Municipality, Montenegro

We only had one night at the Aruba hotel, traveling through the area without a car. Arriving by a car would be a lot easier, but maybe another time. The straff gave us good service and a feeling of being welcome - extra point to the nice receptionist giving us help with taxi booking!

Плюсы: 1. Идеальная чистота. Апартаменты действительно очень ухоженные и чистые — это главный плюс. 2. Есть всё необходимое. Нашлась нужная кухонная утварь для готовки. 3. Удачное расположение. До пляжа близко, рядом с домом есть магазины — с этой стороны всё удобно. Минусы (на которых держится весь отдых): 1. Постоянный шум с дороги (24/7). Окна выходят на трассу, спать с открытой форточкой невозможно. На террасе тоже не посидеть из-за машин. 2. Слышимость как под микроскопом. Кажется, что соседи сидят в одной комнате с тобой. Особенно ”повезло”, когда заселилась горячая парочка — у них всю ночь был очень бурный ****, и звукоизоляция от этого не спасала. 3. Ремонт со 2-го этажа. С утра до поздней ночи там скребут, сверлят и что-то делают. Мешают не только ночью, но и днём. 4. Негде нормально поесть. Полноценного стола нет. Журнальный столик очень маленький и низкий — за ним неудобно обедать. На террасе не поймешь, так как там тот же шум машин. Итог: Апартаменты очень чистые и уютные, если смотреть только на картинку, но из-за дороги, ремонтников и соседей я не высыпалась совсем. Подойдет только тем, у кого беруши встроены в голову, или кто планирует приезжать только переночевать под маской сна.

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The family running the apartments is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The pool area is absolutely amazing—clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. We spent a week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Booking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place. We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires. Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere. Pros: - quick check-in - free parking - clean room - easy check-out - the receptionist is always available - convenient location

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building. On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).

Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall. The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped. Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips.

Нам супер понравилось расположение, путешествовали на машине и данные апартаменты для этого подошли идеально. Удобный выезд на главную дорогу, крытый гараж, где всегда есть свободные места. И в целом расположение в центре всех достопримечательностей. До Свети Стефана можно дойти пешком (около 40 минут), до Будвы (старого города) около 1 часа по набережной. В номере все довольно просто, но все есть) Девушка администратор заселила нас раньше, так как номер был готов к заселению уже в 10 утра (вместо 15:00), все показала, рассказала, моментально зарегистрировала в системе, прислала фото регистрации. Спасибо ей за теплый прием, мы остались очень довольны. Из минусов пожалуй, это только обновить посуду (сковородки старые и покрытие уже все слезло, на таком готовить нельзя уже. Тарелки требуют или замены или тщательной мойки в посудомоечной машине). В октябре была очень приятная цена на проживание. Рекомендуем! Черногория приятная визуально страна, все очень понравилось!
