Our second stay here. The food room service and breakfast at restaurant really delicious and they consider my special need child too. Keep it up! :))) Just that the pool water so coldddddddddd we cant stand it. Our children even got flu and mild fever. We really hope Raia Hotel can improve on that because normally all children really love swimming. Parents only choose hotel with great swimming pools. Overall, we love our vacation here. Thank you so much.

The room is nice. Location wise also great. center, close to malls, just beside the road. everything there is great except the parking. which is a big turn off to me. They only allowed one time in and out, if you want to go in and out more than one time, you have to pay! then the worst part is, u have to queue for VERY long time to get car parked.they have fancy 'multi-storey' parking like in Japan, which was supposed to be convenient but yeah not for them. to get it parked i t took 30mins and so does to get it back.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient place. Food courts, restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. Very spacious room. But the water is not clear. It looks contaminated. I had the hesitation to get a shower. See attached picture. The ironing board was very dirty. It's full of stains. The TV operating system wasn't user friendly. It is difficult to use.

Always the first choice for family stay. The location is right opposite of the mall and my brothers really enjoyed the arcade downstairs

There are Few pro and con for this hotel March 2025 Comment:- Pro 1. The view are stunning 2. Pool are warm with pool heater apply. The swimming pool water are clean. 3. The air conditioner are cold enough and the room are well maintained. 4. Mini market inside the hotel and few vending machines. 5. Breakfast are delicious however with selective choice (Buffet style). Con 1. Chinese Restaurant - closed down, Executive Lounge - Closed down, Sky lounge - Closed down. 2. Hot Water - not suificient for long bath, I have to boil water with kettle 4 times to ensure i have a warm bath. After that I need wait 1 hours just have a hot bath. 3. The area far away I need drive 25 minutes before reach to Tabuan Jaya to buy cake and also fast foods. If you want enjoy bath and environment, here is the best place.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bintulu town, right next to The Spring Mall, making it very convenient for finding food and travel essentials. Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is well-maintained and offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The room is spacious, though certain corners are a bit dim—adding extra lighting could enhance comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return on future visits to Bintulu.

Strategic location facing the Rejang River. Good view. Overall it's very comfortable & spacious room except it's a bit ageing. Old Bath tub & layout + furniture from the 90's. Breakfast served at normal hotel standard only. Local breakfast outside will be more appealing.

Cozy and Convenient Stay! I had a good stay here. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. There’s also a daily shuttle to the waterfront area, just be aware it runs on a fixed schedule and needs to be booked in advance. The food was tasty, but since I stayed for 5 days, I do wish the menu changed a bit more. By the fifth day, I was already a bit bored with the same options. The hotel itself is huge and very clean. The waterfront is only about 15 minutes away (depending on traffic), and Grab rides are easy to get and affordable. Overall, it was a very cozy and relaxing stay. Great for those who prefer a quieter, less crowded location. Oh, and I booked a twin bed, but the beds were big enough that two people could easily sleep on one! Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Despite its prime location, the hotel offers very reasonable prices, making it a great value for money. The staff were also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay.
