I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests. A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs Overall, a great experience and would definitely return

The staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient place. Food courts, restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. Very spacious room. But the water is not clear. It looks contaminated. I had the hesitation to get a shower. See attached picture. The ironing board was very dirty. It's full of stains. The TV operating system wasn't user friendly. It is difficult to use.

Service was tiptop, facilities was perfect, everything was clean, every inch of the place is managed well and perfect. The room was perfect!! Definitely worth the money.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bintulu town, right next to The Spring Mall, making it very convenient for finding food and travel essentials. Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is well-maintained and offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The room is spacious, though certain corners are a bit dim—adding extra lighting could enhance comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return on future visits to Bintulu.

Strategic location facing the Rejang River. Good view. Overall it's very comfortable & spacious room except it's a bit ageing. Old Bath tub & layout + furniture from the 90's. Breakfast served at normal hotel standard only. Local breakfast outside will be more appealing.

Cozy and Convenient Stay! I had a good stay here. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. There’s also a daily shuttle to the waterfront area, just be aware it runs on a fixed schedule and needs to be booked in advance. The food was tasty, but since I stayed for 5 days, I do wish the menu changed a bit more. By the fifth day, I was already a bit bored with the same options. The hotel itself is huge and very clean. The waterfront is only about 15 minutes away (depending on traffic), and Grab rides are easy to get and affordable. Overall, it was a very cozy and relaxing stay. Great for those who prefer a quieter, less crowded location. Oh, and I booked a twin bed, but the beds were big enough that two people could easily sleep on one! Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Despite its prime location, the hotel offers very reasonable prices, making it a great value for money. The staff were also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel without breaking the bank!

The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and shops. Our room and bathroom were very clean and felt newly renovated. It was also comfy and suitable for our baby. The check-in process was smooth, and while the service was just okay, everything went well.

The location itself is very close to the airport. This is perfect who for those who need to catch up with early flight or to have a quick rest after long flight. Although it is near to the airport, suprisingly it is not noisy. You can hardly hear the plane take off or landing noise. For meal, it is located at strategic location where food can be easily reachable by Grab or other food delivery app. The hotel is very clean, quiet and equipped with facilities such as long swimming pool, sauna, gym, common areas, self service laundry and plenty of vending machines. I was lucky enough to be upgraded from superior king room to apartment one bed room. It was totally free due to the hotel overbooked. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend for this hotel
