Room is clean and comfortable. If you need to know, the pillows are the fluffiest that’ll support your spine in your sleep. A few non functioning locks (toilet) and drawers (fridge) but nothing too major that affects stay experience. As a business traveller, it’s important to note that the room is filled with sockets which means no power supply concerns.

Hotel getting old and not well maintained. Needs improvement for service and overall housekeeping. We booked 2 twin rooms. Both were not maintained or cleaned properly. There is thick dust in the corners and behind curtains or under the chair and footstool in the room. There is also mold in the bathrooms and toilet areas which is very unhygienic. One of the doors of the cupboard housing the fridge is also broken. One of the blankets had red stains on the underside so we left it right side up for housekeeping but they never changed it. Location is good cos next to Hilton in the city centre with good views of river or city. Close enough to walk out and look for good local food too.

I had a nice stay here with my family. Booked family suite which is spacious and quiet with amazing view of Miri city. Breakfast was nice and tasted good. To highlight, the staffs were super helpful and kind to assist with our needs. The location is also strategic and convenient with good amenities. Otherwise, cleanliness could be improved as there are stains on the mattress, carpet and couch.

had a wonderful stay at RH Hotel Sibu. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I highly recommend it because it is ideally located within walking distance to the famous Sibu Central Market (Pasar Tamu), making exploring easy.

At RM48 per person, it feels quite expensive compared to the options available nearby. Nevertheless, the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and roomy accommodations make it a good choice for travelers visiting the area.

Extremely satisfied! I had an early 4:30 AM flight, and they arranged a free shuttle to take me to the airport. The hotel bed was large, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. If you're looking for a hotel near the airport, I highly recommend staying here.

The location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free.
