先説好的方面：1.為民宿的宋式美學點贊。整個民宿環境很好，隨便一個轉角都是景緻。定了親子房，複式，很大，跟兩個娃都有各自的獨立空間，很棒。2.床舒服，有泡茶區，暖氣足，很舒服。3.春節這個價位非常良心，性價比很高。免費參觀夢華城，夜景很美。加分了。 缺點：1.廁所是個半簾子，不方便、不防臭。如果不是家人同行，要慎選。2.服務員打掃房間未經允許直接就進來了。最好提前打個電話問問。主要是廁所沒有門啊。2 3.民宿官方電話很難打通，微信管家響應不夠及時。4.民宿的花草可以再好好打理一下，提高整體精緻度。 如果有機會，還會再去。

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Zhongshan Road, making it very convenient to walk to Zhongshan Road and the Gulangyu ferry terminal. There's a wide variety of shopping and dining options nearby. The room facilities are also great, with a very thoughtful design. The staff are friendly and even escort guests to their rooms to explain how to use the amenities. The only downside is that most rooms don't have proper outward-facing windows; they are either faux windows or face an inner courtyard. Our window faced the inner courtyard and was essentially just for show.

A truly satisfying stay! The room was great and the service was exceptional. One night, around midnight, I found a cockroach in my room. I called the front desk, and they immediately sent security to help me deal with it. They even upgraded my room for free, and as an apology, they gave me a souvenir. This hotel truly shows great care for its guests. I'm extremely pleased!

Standout Service from 小陈 (Xiao Chen): While every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly, one individual truly made our stay unforgettable: a gentleman named 小陈 (Xiao Chen). His service was, without exaggeration, world-class. He was incredibly thoughtful and anticipatory, always seeming to know what we needed before we even asked. From offering insightful local tips to ensuring every small detail of our room was perfect, his attention to care was remarkable. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality and is a tremendous asset to the Kulangsi Resort. Verdict: I wholeheartedly recommend the Kulangsi Resort. The beautiful environment and excellent facilities provide the perfect backdrop, but it's the outstanding service from people like Xiao Chen that transforms a great stay into a truly memorable one. This hotel absolutely deserves a glowing review! 📍 **Location:** It's in a prime spot – just a few minutes' walk to Sanfang Qixiang, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient streets during the day and capturing beautiful night views. The metro station is only a five-minute walk away, and the train station is just three stops, so dragging luggage isn't a hassle at all. Plus, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. 🏨 **Room:** The room was a pleasant surprise. It's spacious, with an elegant and stylish Chinese decor that feels high-quality. The facilities are also excellent; the laundry room and restaurant are both on the 4th floor, so washing and drying clothes is a breeze. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, making it perfect even for extended stays. 👩‍💼 **Staff:** The biggest highlight was the staff. Their service was incredibly warm and attentive. They were happy to help with directions and even granted a late check-out without hesitation. Overall, my stay was simply 'comfortable' (舒心)! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Fuzhou, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Sanfang Qixiang.

Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys) is the most central attraction in Fuzhou, and I heard that officials and dignitaries used to live there, while Shangxiahang was for merchants and common people. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wenrufang, making it very convenient to get there by taxi or car for check-in. The 'Love Tree' is just a short walk to the main street. The hotel has an antique charm. The koi in the central courtyard are incredibly plump; they crowd together and almost jump out of the water when they see people! We arrived in the evening, and there was a Rongji Laohua restaurant right at the alley entrance. The seafood broth was incredibly fresh! Breakfast is at the Bingnuan restaurant across the street, offering fish balls, laohua, and delicious fried dough cakes in the morning. Next door, there's also Wenru No. 9, one of only three Michelin-starred restaurants in Fuzhou and part of the same group. Other aspects of the stay were good, but I'd suggest installing a few hooks in the bathroom for convenience. Also, the air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out; I wasn't sure whether it was on or off. It would be best if the staff could thoroughly explain how to use it when bringing luggage to the room. I woke up twice in the middle of the night; it was hot when off and cold when on.

They offer complimentary parking, which was super convenient ✨. 🌟Room Highlights: The smart controls get a perfect score! 💯 With electric curtains, a smart toilet, and a voice control system, it's a lazy person's dream! My absolute favorite was the extra-large sofa, perfect for sprawling out and binge-watching shows – pure bliss! The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the toiletries are premium. I personally found the bedding to be incredibly comfortable and pressure-free – even fussy sleepers will drift off instantly 😴. 🍽️Breakfast Lovers, Pay Attention: They offer Longyan's local specialties like 'Bo Ji Ban' and 'Yu Zi Bao'! The freshly-made noodle soup is a must-try! Pair it with a cup of coffee to kickstart your energetic day ☀️.

I usually do not choose homestay when other modes are available. However in Yunshuiyao homestay is the only choice. Given that 1949 has to preserve the local architecture do not expect 5 star hotel facilities. For all the constraints of a ”min su” the staff do go the distance to ensure they meet the demands of guests. I checked out a happy guest and will recommend 1949 to other travelers.

The 'Little White Car' stop right outside provides direct access to the ancient city's core. The hotel facilities are new and comprehensive, with spacious and bright rooms. Some room types even feature oversized floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive views of West Lake – truly a sight to behold. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze, and the intelligent robot delivery service is a convenient touch. The hotel's quiet environment makes it ideal for families or business travelers, and its high value for money makes it a fantastic choice for visiting Quanzhou.

The hotel staff provides excellent service, and they even offer complimentary breakfast. Plus, there's a robot that delivers meals right to your door. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends the next time I visit Xiamen. Xiamen is a fantastic place to visit!
