I totally forgot to take pictures of my room—haha! But here’s a glimpse of how clean and beautifully decorated the hotel’s interior is. The room itself is spotless, cozy, and has a great vibe! Location-wise, it's very strategic and convenient. The hotel is well-connected to different modes of transportation, with the subway being the most efficient. The nearest station (Jiangtou Station, Line 2) is just 300 meters away, while Xiamen Railway Station is roughly 7km from the hotel. For shopping lovers, SM City Plaza Xiamen—a massive shopping mall complex—is only 2km away or just two subway stops from here. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending!

Excellent location on 中山路pedestrian street! It is a very clean with a spacious room and our AI room assistant is fun! Staff at front desk is super friendly and helpful in every possible way. We did not have a local phone number so it was hard to book a one day tour to 土樓and they helped us booked it online which saved us money and time. Overall we were very happy during our 4 nights stay and will return again in the future! We really appreciate their service and their attention to details of the property!

The hotel is inside a mall and there is a McDonald’s which is very near to the hotel. The staff are very polite and professional. She upgraded our rooms for free which I deeply appreciate it! Besides that, free fruit platters were given to us and we were served with welcome drinks and hot hand towel upon arrival. The non-smoking rooms are awesome. The rooms were cleaned daily and they replenished the mineral water daily. Buffet breakfast, tea time and supper were provided daily so you don’t have to worry about food at all. Besides that, there are heaps of shops and eateries along the Zhong Shan walking street (which is very nearby to the hotel). Highly recommended to those who come to visit Xiamen and I will be back!

I had a great stay at the htoel. The place was spotless, and the reception team, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Ting, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for directions, they not only provided clear guidance but also shared contacts and recommended lots of great places to visit. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in downtown, very convenient to go to nearby scenic areas, the rooms were nice and clean with an awesome view of the xiamen downtown . The staffs were very friendly especially the lady from the front desk Alice. She could speak very good english also. Looking forward to visiting again 🥰

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

I extend my stay in this hotel due to its cleanliness and the room is spacious, location is also very convenient. The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.

this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light ***** is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable. the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

i loved the place! hotel breakfast is totally worth it, yummy toast and lao hua (soup with free flow ingredients like clams, prawn, vege, meatball, fishball). their breakfast place is an actual buffet restaurant link to a spa. there’s a wide variety of food to let you sample the food of fuzhou. hotel room is big and clean and nice. at 11pm, there will be food stalls that gather near the hotel for a great supper time!

Comfortable hotel with necessary amenities. Hotel is very conveniently near to metro station Line 1 WenZhao Metro Station Exit 6. Can take the same metro Line 1 directly to Zhongshan road (at Zhenhai road station) and also directly to Xiamen Railway North Station. Very convenient. Can travel to the Cruise metro Station to take ferry to Gulangyu Island too.

We stayed in this hotel with our baby, so we asked for a non-smoking room. However, the hotel provided us a smoking room. We asked the front desk but seemed they were unable to speak English. It was ok to stay for a night, but if for several, we might changed to another hotel. Bedding was soft. Their breakfast buffet was awesome. More choices than other same star hotels. Staff in the restaurants were nice.

Self-serve Hotel with a lot of convenient features The hotel is new and very clean. On floor 12th, we saw cleaner wiped every corner each morning. Very impressed. 艾米 at the front desk is a great helper. She suggested that we upgrade to a much bigger and better room with a small extra. She also solved our problem of double bookings. She deserves 5+. We will definitely come back.

Superb location with MRT Dongjiekou Exit B 100m away, Room is spacious and good wifi and aircon. Turn left upon exit, a food street lined up with many types of food. Visit this strret day and night and you will fell the vibes.

I’m a foreigner, from Canada. No affiliation to this hotel. Location is perfect. Maybe 5km from the airport. I took Didi from the airport just after midnight, and it cost 20rmb. Not sure how long it took… maybe a little over 10 minutes. I guess 15 minutes would be the maximum time needed at any time of day. It could be faster. Front desk service was very friendly, polite, and quick. The girl didn’t use English, but she used translation software. Very easy check-in. I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the guest in front of me, and the girl was going fast and apologized a couple times. Very nice service. The room is great. It’s super clean, and everything looks new. It’s not a large room, but it’s totally fine for my layover to get several hours sleep before I go back to the airport in the morning. I’m in the basic room and paying about 250rmb. I’m very happy with this price for what I’m getting. The bed is firm, but not too firm. I like it. I’ll sleep well I think. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised at how nice this is for the price. I doubt this location is great if people want to stay a few days and do sightseeing, but I’m not sure. I think for an airport layover this is fantastic. That’s why I wanted to write this review before I moved on and forgot about this. I didn’t order the breakfast, so I can’t comment. They also offer a free shuttle at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am. I will probably use Didi because those times are a bit off for my 9:30am flight, but I think that service is great. Great hotel, and so far, it’s very quiet at night. No noise. I will definitely choose this place again if I need a hotel close to Fuzhou airport for a layover.

I recently stayed at this place, and overall, it was just okay. The amenities were decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the strong smell of smoke really detracted from my experience. It was pervasive and made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

I have stayed here 4 times and this time I was upgraded to a new room. The room is large and the automated design is very thoughtful. For example, when the main switch is turned on, the lights in the entire room will not be turned on, causing eye irritation. When you go to the toilet at night, a gentle light will be turned on under the bed, so there will be no danger due to darkness. The front desk staff and the store manager are very friendly and will take the initiative to greet you and offer you water. When I left after staying for three days, they also gave me a cute little gift, which was a pleasant surprise and a warm gift. Although there are not many types of breakfast, they taste good, but since I am a vegetarian, there are not many choices. If the sign can mark whether it is meat or vegetarian, we can have a basis for selection. This hotel is within walking distance to the train station and subway, making it a good choice.

The location is super convenient and beside the metro. The mall is across the street and there is plenty of eateries around. Short walking distance to Sanfanqixiang. Room abit old and dated but acceptable due to location.

This is a fuss-free boutique hotel with good breakfast at the older district of the city, which is a good location as it's at 2+km radius to most attractions and museums. The staff were friendly and also gave good info and advice. Besides, the hotel gift shop sold a variety of good local stuff very reasonable prices. HOWEVER, I'll most certainly NOT book this hotel again NOR recommend it as the room itself was poorly maintained, and its cleanliness and hygiene standard were both very questionable. When I checked in, the bedding smelt so stale with bad odour, it was like they hadn't been changing it for ages, to which they did change the bedsheets etc. after my feedback. On my 2nd night stay, the sewage smell from the room sink, toilet and bathroom was sooooo pungent that I had to call for service 3x to try fix it to no avail. They've offered to change my room BUT it was already so late in the night and I was so sleepy so I declined, and had to settle for moth ball smell the whole night instead as moth balls were used to combat the sewage smell in the room. I don't understand why they couldn't use room diffuser instead even though I had requested for it. I know they had room diffuser as they were using it at their hotel lobby.

Great hotel—anticipated need, provide exceptional service When checking in, front desk 西袖provided necessary information like aircon tuning tips that makes our stay more comfortable. She also recommended a lunch place nearby that turned out to be a highly recommended eatery. The hotel provided, besides welcome drinks and snacks, little things like dry shampoo, dental floss sticks etc in a ‘treasure chest’ very thoughtful. Most impressive is the laundry room. It is so well equipped that many hotels pale in comparison. Besides washer, dryer that a provided free for use, they even provide free detergents, not just for machines but also hand wash. The room comes with a basin for hand washing and steamer and normal iron. It also install sofa for guest to wait comfortably. Only suggestion is to brighten the room more. The hotel is well situated. With 5 minutes walk to Wanda. The room cost includes the breakfast and supper, thus it is not more expensive and definitely value for money. The breakfast spread is enough to cater to international palate. I also like that all the quanzhou snacks that everyone raved about is served here and quite well done. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting quanzhou. In fact, I myself is actively seeking out hotels of the same brand when moving to next destination

After visiting Anping Bridge, it was still early, so I rushed to the next stop, watched the sunset at Tentacle Beach, and stayed in Jinjing Town. There are large supermarkets around the hotel and many places to eat. The corridor from the hotel elevator to the room is not ventilated and has a musty smell. The facilities in the room are good, clean, and the service is good. I am generally satisfied.

This is best hotel in Shishi … the rooms are very big , much spacious , have all amenities , clean rooms. Breakfast is amazing… have wide range of options. Healthy breakfast options. Must stay again and again in same hotel whenever visit Shishi

The Metropolitan Jinjiang hotel was one of the best hotel and customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and say it deserves all five stars and full ratings. The location is quite within distance of the Wanda shopping mall and other restaurants and places, the room cleaning service workers were friendly and kind and had great smile and attitude. The front desk workers were the ones who made my day; they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast and were extremely patient and kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and I’d definitely come back to this hotel. It was nothing short of amazing.👍👍👍👍👍😃😃😃😃😃
