There is a drop-off than expected, the hotel is small, with only the ground and first floors, a total of several rooms.
The room does not have a refrigerator or safe. The place for washing hands is small and at the edge of the bed, which can easily get wet and make the bedroom wet.
No conditioner provided, only shampoo and shower gel.
Therefore, the price is not proportional to the room.
So far all ok except the room is bit too small to perform prayer & no kettle for hot water. Location is so good & nearby shops to buy grocery, food & even laundry.
The one & only hotel i dealing with asked you to take off your shoes before register at the counter š
What a reason? Im not entering a prayer room or i don't see a valid reason for this action.
The room just so-so with no window and it purposely for sleeping only.
I donāt put higher expectations for this kind of hotel. But very surprised with the policy.
Hope the owner read this review and improves the registration process.
Thanks
The hotel is clean and new, while everything in the room is kept well. Itās worth the price for the condition of the room, where it is alongside many eateries and convenient marts.
This is a great deal!
Enjoyed our stay and for food mostly we ate at Restoran P Ramlee next to the resort. Food is nice and surrounding is good for outdoor activity. Will come back again.
Stayed at Brezza Hotel in Sitiawan for a solo trip. The hotel is simple and decent for a short stay. Room was clean and had the basics covered. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby eateries. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if youāre just looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest.
The room is spacious and very suitable for a family of five. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and beautifully designed, providing good comfort. However, the futon or mattress provided is quite thin and less comfortable for me, as I am used to sleeping on a thick mattress. If a thicker mattress were available, the stay would have been even better.
GGuest Userthis is the second time iām staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isnāt a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didnāt pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since itās just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didnāt pickup the call so he didnāt know what time iām coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, youāre calling in the morning of my trip and you canāt expect me to pickup the phone when iām driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didnāt pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so whatās so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didnāt hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know heās just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isnāt funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.
FFazlienaGreat Location in the Heart of Taiping
The hotel is centrally located in Taiping city, making it very convenient. There are plenty of eateries just in front of the hotel, and both Lotus and Taiping Mall are nearby. Itās also a great base for visiting cultural and historical attractions around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!
GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, which made getting around quite convenient. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness ā the bed, pillows, and blankets could have been fresher, and the room would benefit from some renovation. While the staff could have been more attentive and helpful, I would like to commend the security guard for being friendly and courteous throughout my stay. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
YYee FhanGreat stay. You get what you paid for. They even provided toothbrush which I did not expect. There was a construction site just beside the hotel which may cause some noise. And there is no hair dryer in the room. Other than that no complains.

GGuest UserOverall it's a very good hotel. The room was large and clean, so I had a great time. The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes by taxi from the Ipoh station, but the area around the hotel is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully at night. Since you can walk to the center of Ipoh, it is also suitable for sightseeing. Having a 24 hour convenience store next to the hotel was very convenient during my stay.
My only regret was that the cleaning staff were talking loudly in the hallway for a long time, and their voices were very noisy.
If I come to Ipoh again, I would like to book this hotel again.

RrichlyanaOverall the situation of the resort is ok, but the room that i got is end to the area plus its quite small
Other than that, pls change the bed that already old because its painful to feel the spring of the mattress . and plus put something to hang the cloth.tq
