I used to think that the reviews of the hotel were a bit exaggerated, but after the experience, I can really say that the service is the best in the hotel I live in. Because of two words-care: especially from the start of the pick-up, the driver will pick up at the pick-up entrance. As soon as you get out of the station, you can see your name tag. The driver will take the initiative to help with the luggage, provide hot towels to wipe your hands, etc. We arrived in Luoyang early in the morning. After getting on the bus, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, which made us a little surprised and pleasantly surprised. During the stay, in addition to the rich breakfast, the hotel also provides a wide variety of snacks, and the key is free. Because I stayed for two days, some close-fitting clothes needed to be changed and washed. On the second day, the aunt who cleaned the room specially prepared a clothes drying rack and gave some small gift bags for washing. It is estimated that she saw that our family could drink water crazily, and put a large bottle of mineral water in the room. It was really full of care. When sending the station, the driver also took out the peace fruit prepared by the hotel for us and sent good wishes. There are many details that I will not express one by one. The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

I stayed in Luoyang for two days this time. The best hotel I stayed in was Luoyang International Hotel. It has a new decoration, high-end and good location. The hotel is just above Exit A of Citizens' Home Subway Station on Line 2. It is very convenient to go to the city or the high-speed rail station. The service is great, especially Ms. Jiang Yanyi from the Guest Relations Department. She will take the initiative to ask about your experience every day and remind you that the hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off services. If you have any questions, you can tell her and she will immediately satisfy you. I am grateful to have her on my journey.

Very helpful staff, particularly at reception in recommending where to eat and how to travel. Excellent breakfast and would certainly stay here again. Great location, in walking distance to the stunning Lijing gate.

Impeccable, the Pury Hotel （国宝铂瑞）is no doubt the best hotel in Luoyang. I was welcomed by the hotel not at the reception, but at the LongMen railway station, the moment I arrived at Luoyang. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but I must give special thanks to Madame Karen Zhang, the lobby manager, (张静 is her Chinese name). She went out of her way by changing telephone conversations with me in advance to make my trip smooth. I originally booked a two-bed business room for my stay. As she found out that I have some relatives coming to visit me, she upgraded me to a larger room, making it easier for us to sit around. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Well I did not dine anywhere else in Luoyang this time, I have a little doubt it must be one of the best ones around. The hotel facilities are quite modern and the rooms clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

Location: On the edge of Peony Square, luxurious and elegant, easy to get a taxi, polite staff, there will always be staff at the elevator entrance to help open the elevator. A little further back is the Guangzhou Market, not a road, but like a neighborhood, it is very pleasant to stroll around at night. Room: I booked a suite, very satisfied, very satisfied. There are a lot of things sent, free drinks in the small refrigerator, beer, cola, and Sprite every day. Instant noodles (2 buckets), yogurt, and snacks are sent. There is also sweet soup in the evening, please note that it is not very sweet, which is great and suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. When cleaning, they will help you organize the charging cable and clamp it with a cute clip. When seeing the residents washing clothes, they will prepare laundry detergent and clothes drying racks. The hotel's slippers are very comfortable, absolutely. There are also shoe-polishing cloths, anyway, everything is thought of for you. Drinking water is free, which is highly recommended. Take as much as you want to drink. My father is most satisfied with this! Breakfast: Not bad, the variety is good, recommended. Pickup: The car is spacious and clean. The driver is talkative. He brought snacks for the passengers to enjoy. They were very good. He talked to us about the peonies in Luoyang. If you come to Luoyang, I definitely recommend this hotel. The price is moderate, the service is good, and there are many things to offer. Who knows that I ate two cans of instant noodles on the high-speed train on the way back? I recommend it. By the way, Luoyang's time-honored brand, Lao Luoyang Noodle House, is nearby, just a 5-minute walk. The attitude of the staff is also very good. Anyway, I recommend it.

The hotel location s is absolutely the best place in Longmen grottoes. You’ll enjoy a complimentary tea with the grottoes right in front of you! The hotel staffs are kind and accommodating. One are is the sound proofing of the room which is somewhat annoying when someone’s moving in/out of the elevator or room. Overall is best experience.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.
