When I first arrived, the air conditioner in the room didn't work well and there were some problems. But after I told the service staff, they quickly changed me to a room that I was satisfied with. The staff here are friendly and the breakfast is very rich. Very satisfying

It is one of the worst hotels I have seen and dealt with, if not the worst at all. It is full of insects, cockroaches, mosquitoes, mosquitoes, and small, disgusting insects. Unfortunately, they do not care about the cleanliness of the room at all. It is not comfortable and has constant noises and disturbances. Even the bathroom is very unsatisfactory, and the lighting and sleep are uncomfortable in it.

Upon check in I was charged by USD. But I informed them that I’m from country not using USD. Ok, they convert to be Egyptian pond. The location is good. Breakfast is ok but not variety. The room is good for the price as I paid.

Located between the Luxor Temple and the Karnak Temple, it is very close to the West Bank by public ferry. The price is cheap, breakfast is included, and the sanitary environment is average. The service staff are very kind👍.

I have very mixed feelings about the property. It was advertised as Hotel and Camp. I don't know what part of the property was camp, but it does have very nice yard in front of the hotel. There are two very clean pools. Very good breakfast was included and the restaurant on premises serves exceptional food very reasonably priced ($8 - $10). We were warned that they serve big dinner but as it turns out this was understatement. It was HUGE. Every order includes big bowl of soup, salad, huge side dish. We couldn't eat it all. The next day we ordered one portion and split it. It was enough for two of us. The location is very good, 5 minutes to the Corniche and in between Luxor and Kornak temples. You can see the Alley of the Sphynx from the bridge that is a few minutes from the hotel. The property has two entrances (metal gates) and it was a challenge for our driver to find them. The main gate is behind a gas station, and you can't see it if there are cars waiting in line. The room itself requires a lot of work. There was water damage on the walls, the small fridge provided was not hooked up and we wouldn't use it even if it worked. It was dirty and looked like somebody got rid of it and they picked it up.

Terrible hotel, very old structure, approximate cleanliness, rude staff who talk all night in front of the rooms (except the maitre d', the cook and one of the two concierges). The only good thing about it is the location. To be avoided.

The accommodation is clean and the managers are very friendly.

Nice place to stay with very relaxing gardens after a long day of touring, the hotel could do with an uplift. Shower didn’t really work and just felt dated and a bit uncared for A has great potential.

It was kept clean and the breakfast was good. The atmosphere of the accommodation was nice and it was nice to have a place to rest. Please make warm Spanish egg custard.

The entrance is on a street next to a service station. The infrastructure is very good and so is the attention. The food is excellent in that place and the breakfasts are very good and really well attended.
