Centrally located in a quiet street in the city centre near the main train station ; stylish renovation of the hotel and functional kitchenette in the room I stayed (can you imagine there is a dish washer in the room ?😂and every day the housekeeper used it for our dirty dishes); laundry room on the first room and cozy cafe on the ground floor; reasonable price considering a Swiss standard; overall, excellent (input the confirmation number from trip.com and your name when you need to do the self check in at the entrance indoors; the door is closed and looks locked but actually you can open it 😂) ; will book it again when coming here in Luzern again ) 👍

Amazing hotel near Luzerne train station. Many bakery nearby. Hotel staff was friendly and kind, provided toiletries and water. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. Very short walk to the old town area which was great!

Friendliest people we met in switzerland! Helped us to find parking lot and give tips to move around. Lobby has apple for guests, room size is big for a city hotel. Next to train station. Only down side is noisy from the street

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

The location makes it easy to get around in town on foot. The réception Mr Shahroux, was friendly, kind and hospitable which was a great welcome after a long day of travelling. The breakfast was correct but always the same fare for the 3 nights I was there.

Lucerne National Hotel, the front desk guy is awesome Check in at the front desk, the super handsome guy at the front desk enthusiastically served ice water, chocolate, introduced the surrounding tourist attractions, helped with luggage, introduced the hotel lobby service configuration, and introduced the various functional areas of the room in detail. The room has a direct charging plug, and the detailed service feels super good. The guy can speak a little English, maybe because he has a Chinese girlfriend, so he is very enthusiastic about Chinese people, the hotel experience is the best e I wish you happiness G, you should stay here next time! Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel.

Fantastic and had a great stay after a long-haul flight! Able to get the early check-in for rest before I started my journey, the location is good too, close to the station with McDonald & Starbucks, coop nearby!

The room is relatively small, and many hotels in Switzerland do not have air conditioning. Fortunately, the room faces the lake, and I feel very good when I wake up in the morning. The breakfast restaurant also faces the lake, and it is very pleasant to look at the distant mountains!

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in in Europe. This is a real four-star hotel. Many four-star hotels in Europe are about the same level as three-star hotels in China. My room is newly renovated, spacious, well-planned, and has a good view. Snacks are delivered every day. The service staff are also very cute.
