Nice hotel..great staff and the location is far from crowded which is good. The bus station just around the corner or you could also walk to main train station just 10 mints. Nice view as well from my room ❤️🥰😍

Rom and bathroom were smaller than expectation but cosy with comfortable and clean ambiance. Staff are exceptionally friendly can welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with reasonable price. Great location to public transport and supermarket.
However, they should waive charges for early storage of luggage for in-house guests. They charged me Euro3.00 per piece of luggage!

The hotel location is super great and near by the hotel have 1 supermarket too and the hotel staff do provide us the free bus ticket to explore the city.

A bit far from the main city, but close to Luzern train station. For a budget traveler it’s a good place to stay.

The location of this hotel is pretty central. They also gave us a travel card which allowed us to travel around Lucerne city at ease. The rooms are a little small especially when 3 people and their suitcases are in it.

Few bus tstaion away from main station, walking distance about 15 minutes. There is restaurant nearby with every night full house. Can have a try.

The hotel is quite a distance away from the train station moreover google maps is not updated as there is road under construction and it took some time for us to look for the correct way to the hotel. We arrived 30 mins earlier but the hotel wasn’t flexible and thoughtful and wanted to charge us $10 for early check-in. When we asked if can drop off luggage at their place, the hotel again wanted to charge $3 per piece. No hair dryer was provided in the room and we wanted to borrow from the front desk but it wasn’t available and asked to come back the next morning. We did so and they wanted to collect $20 as deposit. It’s additional hassle to use international adapter to plug in the hair dryer before able to use it.

It is budget hotel but all sorted... Break fast option is very good. 10 min walk from train station... Good connectivity.
