非常符合期待的感覺。豪華大氣的客房設施，景觀優美，滿滿的驚喜。早餐更是精緻美味豐盛。除了價格昂貴沒什麼毛病。

帶孩子去過六一小童節 酒店提前就給我打電話 詢問我的需求 還給佈置了小童節的裝飾 給孩子準備了很多禮物 工作人員熱情周到 贈送了行政樓層的早餐 出品很贊 更衣室在三樓 可直達天浪淘園 我們連續玩了兩天 更衣室裏環境很高檔 跟深圳的水療會所差不多 有桑拿房和蒸氣房 辦理入住的時候 有工作人員帶我介紹房間 非常貼心 真是一次超級滿意的體驗

Ritz在澳門銀河裡，已經算天花板級別了。銀河裡很大購物餐飲都方便，酒店內非常奢華，客人不多，安靜舒適，客房乾淨整潔，一切都很美好，服務也是細緻周到的。
