- No one met us at the airport/pier, it turns out the girl was standing at the counter doing nothing, not even suspecting that we would be there, judging by her reaction, they were told the time in advance - They promised that we would fly straight to the hotel, in the end they sent other people, as the employee said, because they have a lot of luggage, and you don’t, wait, shock… - They answer your email once a day, you ask a clear question, they ask again, I have no desire to communicate with them at all - (!) At 17:30 they put up a smoke curtain around the island, this is some kind of ******, against mosquitoes. You can understand everything, but why is this done in the middle of the day? Can't they do it at night or early in the morning? - In an Italian restaurant where fish swim, the waiter said not to throw food for the fish, although they swim there because they are fed. What kind of trash is this? - You need to make a reservation for this Italian restaurant, for this you need to write in the application that is given upon check-in. No one answers there. - One day they called with cleaning at 8:55 in the morning. Their system does not show that the card is inserted and people are inside. Is everything ok? - When the staff rides bikes along the road, it can be heard in the villas on the water - The game area needs repair, it looks old. - Pros. Delicious food: breakfast/dinner buffet and Italian restaurant. Clean water and beaches, no garbage on the territory. - Summary. Reception, communication with clients - this is the worst side, they are somewhere flying in the clouds, and this is the face of the hotel. Thais are different, they are hard workers, they work: the Thai girl who meets people is great, also the Thai at the entrance to the buffet and the Thai cook are great.

Everything on the island, in the hotel is perfect. The environment and facilities are also extremely good. The restaurants are in good qualities. The only thing that can be challenged is the attitudes of the staff. Most of the staff are very nice and professional, however few of them need to have a further training. Overall, it is a perfect hotel in Maldives.

Our first time to the Maldives on a Honeymoon and we had such an amazing time at the resort! The corals were amazing, and as such we spent every single day in the water snorkelling - you can see loads of black tip, white tip shark, we also saw some turtles, reef manta rays (?) etc. beautiful clear waters, the buffet spread at reef restaurant was amazing every single meal. There’s also loads of activities to do in the resort and the staff were all so pleasant, top hospitality! Nothing to fault really. The Italian restaurant is very hard to book so I’d recommend to book in advance.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Centara Grand Resort in the Maldives. The entire staff was amazing and incredibly kind throughout my stay. In particular, I must commend Nabeel for his outstanding service. His attentiveness and helpfulness truly set him apart, and he seemed like he should be the manager with his level of dedication. Her warm and friendly demeanor made my check-in process seamless and enjoyable. The Centara Grand Resort is a true paradise, and the exceptional staff, including Nabeel and Chanapha, made my stay even more memorable. I can't wait to return and experience their top-notch hospitality once again.

All in one: Cockroaches, ants, no hot water, toilet problems. The staff is amazing, the reef is great, the food is good, the room is beautiful. But they make you, take a seaplane on the way back because there's no other transfer. And no upgrade or margarita or gift can be worth dealing with cleaning issues in the middle of your (expensive!) vacation! Don't go to Centara ! There are so many other resorts. Just choose something else.

That’s really amazing place with beautiful view, clean water and house reef where you can see gorgeous underwater life. Great friendly and professional team make my vacation is much better, thanks manager Lana for her advice and help during all my stay, thanks room keeper Nasir who keep it clean and ask my requirements during the day, thanks yoga instructor Sujith for wonderful practice which make me fall in love with yoga, thanks masseur Patis it’s best massage I’ve ever had💚 I’m highly recommend this place because everything was perfect and it was fabulous vacation👍🏻

It was so much fantastic moment at this resort. I recommend all inclusive plan for your free food and drink. Thai restaurant and ltalian restaurant was so good, you should have experience of those food. Staff was also very kind and smile to visitors. Our good experience was supported by them. We want to say thank you to them and come back again.

It was our first time in Maldives and i am glad that we chose Centara Grand. I would like to special mention - The F&B Manager Venky, Bar mixologist Sathish, Shisha Expert Vivek, F&B outlet manager Senthil, Coral Bar manager - Shalem for their amazing service... thank you so much for making our stay a wonderful one. Lots of credit would be to you... The staffs there were very friendly and welcoming. Its a perfect location for snorkelling, kayaking and swim. We had booked the deluxe water villas which had direct access to the beach... from our rooms we could see the marine fishes such as Dory fish... The rooms were very clean and they even decorated our rooms for our honeymoon. With regards to the location, Its located directly 25 minutes from the seaplane airport. However, it will take 45 min to an hour in just the sea plane before u reach the hotel because they will drop or pick up other passengers too from other hotels. So it can be quite tiring. While our departure we waited for an hour just waiting for the guest to arrive..
