The hostel is great, big, there is room to move around. Not cramped. There is enough space. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen, at least a microwave, no laundry. Which is terrible. Unfortunately, I was in Madrid during the rainy season, in the most terrible weather. Otherwise, the hostel is ok.

Thank you so much for the two of the beautiful reception lady Denise & Alba they both very helpful and. Nice it made my 9 nights staying in hostel have a wonderful memory really like the location especially the next the restaurant is very good food so I got to eat there easily and the hostel in Main Street but not noisy very safe area for solo girls !!!

It was okay experience at Generator hostel. The common showers are outside rooms, and they don't feel too clean. Towels were not included fyi. Tiny sink and washroom is part of the 8 bed dorm so it was quite noisy when people came back from partying very late at night. Bunk bed is very small and tight. It is very central location next to Gran Via so there were a lot of loud party group so very loud and crowded. Staff is nice.

This hostel was nice since it was very modern, had clean rooms, and provided great service. The location was also great since it is in the heart of the Madrid close to all the action. The wifi signal in the rooms was good but the only thing I did not like was the fact that the rooms were expensive for a hostel experience.

Very nicely located hostel. Does not feel like a one star. One down side is that there is no free luggage storage, you have to pay for a locker at the basement.

Generator Madrid was an amazing location! Located in the heart of Madrid and was super convenient. Everything was walkable distance. Place was also clean and very smartly designed. Service staffs were also really nice and helpful.
Just a pity that toilet amenities were not provided (no soap/shampoo/towels, all had to be paid for). Hairdryer was available but needed a 20 euros cash deposit (returned upon return of hairdryer).
