我們很早到酒店，但酒店需下午三點才交到房，不過前台服務員很貼到幫助我們寄存行李，並且指我們可以利用酒店大堂洗手機簡單梳洗及換衣服，雖然洗手間有點小及簡陋！下午兩點多己有房間，整体還行！訂的是三人間，不過給的是4張床！房間不提供拖鞋，其他的還行！

Hotel was average, and halls always in construction hard to walk in, however location and view are great, service was ok except for Pedro who was always attentive and helpful in everything

The hotel is very close to the Sol metro station, which connects you to the airport and train stations. It's also in the city center near the Plaza Mayor and the Prado Museum.

I am relatively sure that I ordered a double room. Our room had 3 twin size beds. The room was pretty outdated but overall the hotel was nice and it was in a very convenient location.

Helpful staff and very convenient location. Noisy at night if you overlook the plaza. Tea bags for drinks were not replaced. There was no coffee in the room.
