I never thought I would have such a bad accommodation experience in Madrid. It is definitely not a suitable hotel for business people. There is only 1 iron in the big hotel and it is broken. They want a 50 € deposit. Breakfast is at a different cafe 100 meters away. They give you a croissant or 2 slices of bread with tomato for breakfast. We stayed without breakfast even though we paid for bed and breakfast. It was one of the worst accommodation experiences of my life (I can't even call it a hotel)

Now called Boutique Urban Madrid Genova. In the heart of Almagro, one of the most exclusive areas of Madrid, this establishment offers reasonable prices and moderate quality. It is true that the apartments could be better equipped, but they are more than decent. Renovated, good rest, renovated bathrooms. Good value for money. You can walk to the centre and the Alonso Martinez metro connects to the airport with a stop at Nuevos Ministerios.

Si sois catalanes, no vayáis aquí, evitar ir a estos apartamentos, la mujer de la recepción nos llamo cucarachas, es un maleducada, prepotente y sin ganas de trabajar, a parte de tratar a todo el mundo como si fuéra basura. Un pena que unos apartamentos que están bien, tengamos que poner un punto tan negativo por una persona tan inepta y con tan pocas ganas de trabajar en recepción por la tarde. Gente así no merece ese puesto de trabajo, y menos cara al publico. Claro esta que lo pongo aquí y también se lo dijimos a la cara. Ojala encuentren a una persona con ganas y actitud de trabajar como la mujer de la mañana.
