I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and 5 days. This hotel was a little far from tourist attractions, but I am grateful that I was able to stay in a 5-star hotel at a good price. Scales, facilities, breakfasts, and services distinguished this hotel from four-star hotels, and staffs were exceptionally friendly. In particular, artistic architects participated in hotel construction and showed artistic interiors. Staying in a room that is comparable as a work of art was a beautiful experience of travel. I changed the room once during my stay, and the second room was perfect for both artistry and practicality in feeling like boarding a spacecraft. In the second room, I was particularly satisfied with the bathroom facilities. Also, I am especially grateful to all the staff who helped my mother, who got hurt while traveling in Toledo.

The design of the hotel and rooms are incredible. Each floor has a unique design based on designers and architects. Location ideal for me and enjoyed the feel of the hotel. I only wished there were more amenities in my room like a kettle.

The hotel is far away from the city center but public transportations are nearby so pretty convenient. I traveled solo and was put in a room with 2 twin beds pushed together so I’d asked to change me to a one queen but the front desk guy said they’re all booked, although it seemed pretty empty on a Monday. The room I stayed in didn’t have a bathtub but the design was really nice with a great view. The lights were very complicated to use because they had too many things going on so sometimes the lights in the room turn on out of no where in the middle of the night extra bright. The room had cool technologies though like automatic blinds that blackout the room, vanity lights, and rainfall showers. You pretty much don’t know what kind of designs the room you get will have so it might not be for everyone who must have certain things-might be better to go with a chain brand. The room had weird things like 3 landline phones-one by the bed, one on the tv wall, and one near the toilet in case you need to order room service while pooping I guess. The hotel amenities like the pool were closed and chairs were covered and certain areas seemed rundown for a 5-star hotel. Overall, ok experience.

Rotten old milk for coffe, long ques. Trip com price was 150 with breakfast and turned out I was charged over 200 and no breakfast. Terrible hotel - I tried it for a second time, this time very disappointing especially with Trip.com - worse room for higher price.

I recently stayed at Hotel Puerta América and had a mixed experience. The hotel’s design is definitely its highlight—each floor features a unique style created by world-renowned architects, which makes for a visually exciting stay. The rooms are modern and spacious, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The service, while polite, felt inconsistent. Check-in took longer than expected, and there were delays with room service on multiple occasions. Additionally, while the hotel boasts of its luxury, some amenities felt a bit dated, especially considering the price point.
The location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions, which is great if you’re looking for a quiet stay, but it’s not ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the action.
Overall, Hotel Puerta América is a stylish and unique hotel, but there are areas where improvements could be made to justify the cost and overall experience.
