Don't book, don't book, don't book!
1. The environment is terrible! The hotel is on the street, and there is a construction site at the door. The noise is very loud, even at 10 o'clock in the evening! There are bars all over the roadside, and the noise is noisy.
2. The facilities are old! The room feels very old, and the hair dryer is broken!
3. Discrimination! And I can speak Spanish and English! The room type does not have a balcony as shown in the picture! The last room! And when I checked in, I was sick and needed to rest. It was too noisy, so I asked the hotel if they could help me change the room. The hotel asked to pay 250 euros to change the room.
4. No bottom line! After I said that I would not accept the 250 euro room change and canceled the stay, I was told to move to a small room tonight and move back to my original room type the next night. Let me accept to spend the money of a suite to stay in a small room, speechless 🙄
