Great value hotel. Clean room and very attentive cleaning staff. Roof top pool and terrace is great. Close to major attractions. Metro is also nearby

The hotel was great, it was clean, the staff provided fantastic service, and the breakfast was good. The only downfalls were that there is not enough sun loungers and the pool is not heated which was a big disappointment as it was going to be a major part of my plans there. But is was uncomfortably cold.

Hotel room decent size, but it was twin beds pushed together.The hotel was quiet and bed decent. I didn't get breakfast So I can't comment on that. I had to go out and buy toothpaste and shampoo (but later realised that the mostly empty body wash was hair and body combined. Room was warm with Air com. Decent hotel. My only complaint was that when I went to book more nights, compared to online, they were going to charge me a lot more, So I chose to go elsewhere.

The hotel is close to the Toledo Gate Memorial Gate and next to the Puerta de Toledo Station and the Spanish Public Library, so the environment is quiet.
The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food choices, the restaurant is large and the service staff are very polite.
The room and bathroom are very comfortable and simple
