There are four stages in the journey, and I am now on the third stage. Madrid is the second stage.
This hotel is the best one among the three stages so far!!
The room is very clean and spacious. There is a safe and a refrigerator.
The toilet is separated into wet and dry areas. There is a circle of mirrors in the toilet, which makes it convenient for me and my friend to move separately. While she washes, I can also put on makeup. There are hand soap/shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
Free water every day!! Super considerate.
The service is also very nice. There is a restaurant on the 0th floor. Those who push large luggage can enter from the side door of the restaurant. There are only steps at the hotel entrance.
There is a bus stop and a subway station next to the hotel, so the transportation is relatively convenient. You can walk to Retiro Park in the morning. You can also pass by two large supermarkets on the way.
This hotel is very close to Atocha station, so very suitable for me as i travel to Barcelona and Toledo from Atocha. The hotel looks quite new and clean. I like the modern interior design. They also allowed me to put my luggage in the hotel after check out for 3 days when i traveled to Barcelona, that provides great convenience for me! Overall, can consider this hotel again if visit Madrid in the future.
The location is the best. The Metro station (with lift), bus stop and taxi station is at the door of the hotel. I have booked the superior room. The room was clean and tidy. No bath tub, just shower avaiable. The scenery is also very special, you can see the photos for the window view. I arrived the hotel in 10:00 AM. The staff at front desk was kind and keep the luggage and allowed me to check-in early at around 1:30 without any additional charge. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of fruit and juice.

Overall it's pretty good, but the door card design is difficult! The location is good. It's good for shopping, eating and visiting attractions. Overall it's pretty good.
The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!
This is great! Next to Lichi Park, it is very quiet and close to Salamanca and not in the downtown area. It is quite satisfactory! The key of the hotel is the real key, and it is necessary to keep it for the hotel when you leave. The room is large and very satisfied! It is also very novel to divide the attic room.
An old four-star hotel with a large room. We, a family of three, added a bed and still felt that there was space. The room was spacious and comfortable, the soundproofing was OK, and the bathroom was big!
Disadvantages: Although it has been renovated, there was a smell when I first entered. I opened the window and it felt better after a while. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good, and the service is also good, but the hotel gate is under repair, so taxis cannot stop at the gate, and you have to go to the opposite road to wait for the car. Also, the flush toilet is a bit uncomfortable, but it's generally OK.
The hotel is located in a quiet place, close to the station. The room and bed were comfortable, good soundproofing. There is a parking lot at the hotel. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of a kettle.
The hotel service is very good, the location is also very good, the house has high ceilings and a small balcony.
The breakfast is simple but delicious and the staff is enthusiastic.
There is an access control at the door, and guests need to swipe their door card to enter. Those who do not check in need to ring the doorbell and ask the front desk to open the door, which is more secure.
The only drawback is the lack of supermarket accessories.

CCui_duckyThe location is very good, right next to the Prado Museum, 10 minutes away from the Atocha train station, very close to the attractions, but quiet, the hotel is very quiet. The atmosphere around the house is very good. Retiro Park is right next to it, Alcala Gate is just around the corner, there are monuments and so on. The decoration of the hotel is very fresh, and the handsome guy at the front desk is very polite. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a set of ceramic kettle; the family room has a set of bunk beds, which the kids love very much!
JJoseCumplió con las espectativas, fuimos a un festival y necesitábamos un sitio dónde descansar entre el final del mismo y la salida temprana de nuestro tren
