Madurai Hotels with Bars

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

Very helpful, caring and friendly staff. Absolute dining facilities, clean room with great view from the city. Television channels were occasionally on and off, but Netflix was available on the large screen TV to log into. Marvellous peacocks are wandering around the hotel grounds .

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is located few kilometers from the famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. While the location of the hotel is not the best, at least in my opinion, the hospitality of the hotel staff and the buffet breakfast were nothing short of the best I have experienced. The hotel reception staff as well as the restaurant staff were very welcoming and provided the best reception any customer could ask for. The room and the decor though outdated, was clean and well maintained. The bathroom could use an uplift. The buffet breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The room rate was reasonable. Despite the location and decent rooms, I would definitely choose this place when I visit Madurai next time.This

Property is located in a optimal place for my local visits. Accessibility to property entrance was clean and nice. Food was excellent with good combination of varieties. It had a ample parking space. Amenities at room are ok, but not to the mark of the price. Front office staff and other staff were courteous

This is one of my favourite hotels in Madurai n have stayed here many times during the past 10 years. Stayed here twice recently.Good things first.They have a big Car park,a Good Restaurant,place for a few drivers to sleep,3 or 4 meeting halls,wash rooms near the lobby,lift,Good AC rooms.Both the rooms n the hotel have all the basic infrastructure. Now coming to some problem areas.I had trouble with my Room door card lock twice n the reception sent up ppl to open with their master key.Definitely needs attention.The Bed linen had some stains n the towels also need replacement as they have aged.The toilet basin needs better maintenance n the water is leaking/dripping after usage.The room n wash room can certainly be maintained better.There is an unpleasant odour in the washroom...either from the drain hole or from the wash basin drain. The Curtains can be washed or changed too.The TV remote cover comes off.Food is okay with some items being good/very good but food in general n especially the breakfast buffet can be improved upon. I dont know if there is shortage of staff but there was no proper response from house keeping n Room service on a couple of occasions.The Reception were very helpful n solved the issues. The Manager Mr.Palani is doing a good job in keeping the hotel running well.Mr.Jayachandran at the reception was very helpful n so too Ms.Manimeghalai at Housekeeping. Good hotel but in need of improvements!

I recently stayed at the hotel supreme, madhurai and wanted to share my experience with fellow travelers. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room itself was clean, i found the bathroom to be only average in terms of cleanliness, as certain surfaces appeared slightly neglected. One noticeable issue was with the shower. Although it was functioning, there were signs of damage, which slightly affected the overall experience. Another concern was with the room door. It seemed to have a issue while opening.

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer. The overall service was good. I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak. I applied for a taxi at the information desk- I confirmed the fare to the temple and boarded it, but the taxi driver's toll fee from the price suggested by the hotel [This must be pre-set in the taxi fee]- The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - this is You must inform the customer in advance and tell the taxi fare/ A special agreement with the taxi company associated with the hotel is required/
