Madurai Hotels with Bars

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

all went by smoothly until the 4th night when the ceiling lamp became loose and fell on me while i was asleep! the housekeeping did not wash the toilet properly, did not top up the tissues or the toilet roll at all. we were left with a rather unpleasant stay in this place.

We had booked a few rooms for our family wedding function guests including guests from Philippines. The experience in the hotel is simply superb and amazing. Guest relationship manager Mr.Pandian has been excellent particularly. He addressed any of our concern like a breeze. Actually, Mr.Pandian already helped me with similar stay in 2023 when I had to manage lot of guests from Sweden. And Mr.Pandian really managed that fantastic. With that professional support from Mr.Pandian, I confidently went back in Dec 2024. Overall this is a great hotel and Mr.Pandian can walk that extra mile for customer delightment. We are extremely happy.

It was really nice trip to Rameshwaram. Hotel stay is very nice. From starting to end it was very nice experience. It was royal service i can say. It was more than our expectations. Rooms , food verity and quality was very very good. We really want to visit again to this same hotel in future if we go to Rameshwaram.

I must say the tour and traveller run by Mr. Gopal ji at Fortune Pandiyan Hotel, Madurai is really awesome. He provided me full details of day wise iternity of Madurai and Rameshwaram's famous places with print out when we just arrived at Fortune Pandiyan hotel, Madurai on day 1. Mr. Gopal ji is a very nice person and soft spoken.he also shared me his peronal pandit details who is basically pujari inside the Maa Minakshi temple. Pujari worshipped for our family and he provided us the direct acess of Maa Darshan. Not only this, Mr. Gopal ji have very excellent team and his assigned driver Mr. Mahendran ji took us at every place and also worked like a guide. My family have fully enjoyed this religious trip of Madurai and Rameshwaram. The car was sedan type and fully comfortable and price is reasonable compared to market. This is one of my favourite hotels in Madurai n have stayed here many times during the past 10 years. Stayed here twice recently.Good things first.They have a big Car park,a Good Restaurant,place for a few drivers to sleep,3 or 4 meeting halls,wash rooms near the lobby,lift,Good AC rooms.Both the rooms n the hotel have all the basic infrastructure. Now coming to some problem areas.I had trouble with my Room door card lock twice n the reception sent up ppl to open with their master key.Definitely needs attention.The Bed linen had some stains n the towels also need replacement as they have aged.The toilet basin needs better maintenance n the water is leaking/dripping after usage.The room n wash room can certainly be maintained better.There is an unpleasant odour in the washroom...either from the drain hole or from the wash basin drain. The Curtains can be washed or changed too.The TV remote cover comes off.Food is okay with some items being good/very good but food in general n especially the breakfast buffet can be improved upon. I dont know if there is shortage of staff but there was no proper response from house keeping n Room service on a couple of occasions.The Reception were very helpful n solved the issues. The Manager Mr.Palani is doing a good job in keeping the hotel running well.Mr.Jayachandran at the reception was very helpful n so too Ms.Manimeghalai at Housekeeping. Good hotel but in need of improvements!

Near and a good place. Town hall and meenakshi amman temple are in walkable distance. Good friendly staff.

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer. The overall service was good. I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak. I applied for a taxi at the information desk- I confirmed the fare to the temple and boarded it, but the taxi driver's toll fee from the price suggested by the hotel [This must be pre-set in the taxi fee]- The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - this is You must inform the customer in advance and tell the taxi fare/ A special agreement with the taxi company associated with the hotel is required/

3 days temple visiting in Madura in February 6th and reached night 12.30 , very nice person in front desk. good behavior. we stayed three days in this hotel. breakfast was good. and good persons in working this hotel. we request all the stay in this hotel when visiting Madura.Family front Hotel. good,Excellent PR Ajithkumar, Kozhikode
