The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. Property location is on a main road. Does not have parking on the premises. Car was parked in another property across the road. Not a major issue, but at this price parking is expected on premises. Rooms are decent. Bathroom has foul smell. Food is good in the restaurant & also enjoyed their buffet breakfast.

Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

The hotel strictly denies early check-in . even if rooms are visibly available. Despite polite requests, the counter manager cites “no availability” until the standard 11 AM–12 PM check-in time. This rigid policy can dampen your travel mood, especially for devotees like me who need early check-in due to temple visit timings. It seems they prioritize offline bookings, though the benefit of denying check-in for just a few hours is unclear. Food is average—better options with better pricing are available nearby. Rooms, however, are clean and well-maintained. Tip: If early check-in is essential, plan alternative arrangements.

Nice place to stay. Very spacious and well thought arrangement for the rooms. Located in a very good locality in madurai. All locations are very much reachable. It is beneficial if we book as a package since we can enjoy a complete 3 bhk apartment with good balconies and amenities. Staffs are very good and ready to take our inputs. Few improvements: 1. Balconies can be maintained better; 2. Services like cleaning, food, etc, are good but bit delayed and communication between the guest and staff could be timely. Having said that, gm ms. Ramana manages the situation well. 3. Breakfast could be better and overall food experience needs improvement. If not for the above points said, would have rated it as excellent. Overall a very good budget stay in madurai. We strongly recommend vishwa residency.
