Stayed at this service apartment for staycation from May 26 to 28, 2025. Quite surprised to know when I confirmed a day before I check-in, that there were no washing machine and dryer in the studio unit. When we checked-in, the unit has a space provision for washing machine and dryer complete with all the pipes and outlets. I'm also surprised to know that there were no buffet breakfast same as all the other Ascott brand service apartments. All in all it is a nice stay. From all the amenities, what we love most is the pool area.

It was nice environment and decoration with an wonderful smelling around. Well behaved staff and clean outlook. You will feel welcome always. Highly recommended for staying here.

The hotel looks great for the price, and the pool and roof deck areas have amazing views of the city. The hallways and elevators do not have aircon and are super hot. The rooms are a great size and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The internet is not great and they come around to clean the room at 5pm at night.

The Hotel is a gem in the heart of Manila City. Whether you’re here for the rooftop bar’s stunning views, Restaurant’s delicious food, or the hotel’s impeccable service, you won’t be disappointed. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and the location makes it easy to explore the city’s top attractions.
**Rating**: 4/5
**Room for Improvement**: The Wi-Fi speed could be a bit faster, but it wasn’t a major issue.
If you’re planning a trip to Manila City, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a fantastic value for the quality and experience.
