Decent hotel for the price paid. Rooms are like the pictures provided. Given that the location is in a busy area, it can get congested with people waiting for lifts, etc, but it is manageable. The hotel staff were nice enough. Kettle with water, tea & coffee provided in rooms and topped up when requested. Towels were provided. It is located in an area where it is busy and there can be lots of congestion with cars, especially around prayer times. It is about a 10/12 minute walk to the haram courtyard. Lots of eating options and shops along the road.

DISGUSTING DISGUSTING dirty No one comes to clean or change sheets even after asking multiple times No towels Bad service Carpet is FILTHY MATTRESS is not even straight Messes your back up I went for umrah eith my son and hubund And this really ruined my experience They advertise as a nice hotel u do not get what u think ur getting Lifts constantly not working Staff rude And little hairs all over floor Previous occupants hair behind side tables JUST ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS DO NOT BOOK !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paid so much money for a slum
