The hotel's location is amazing, easy to reach al Haram. However the check in took more than expected, the rooms are old and it needs serious renovations because at this point their high prices are only for the location not the hotel itself.

It’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba. There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast. There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish. There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent value for money hotel. Location: Great Easy access on the main road. Straight level no hills. Middle of vibrant shopping area (small shops). Price; Outstanding It was very cheap compared to many other hotels nearby. Amenities: Very good Overall: Excellent, highly recommended

Pullman Zamzam Makkah is an excellent choice for families performing Umrah. It offers a convenient location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service. What I adore the most os the convenient location, just steps away from the Grand Mosque of Al-Haram. This is the happiness money can buy. MasyaAlloh. *************

Feedback on Our Recent Stay at Voco Hotel I would like to express my gratitude for the pleasant stay my family had at the Voco Hotel. We truly enjoyed our time there, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, which we greatly appreciated. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the parking situation. We were disappointed to learn that parking was not complimentary for guests who booked rooms at the hotel. Sedentary buffet breakfast meals. The staff are less friendly and readiness. Booking for city view but the is nothing. Overall is good and location is the best.

Hotel is near haram.Rooms are a bit small but ok as location is very near Google map dnt show exact location when coming from Jeddah so better to locate marakerm hotel Ajyad There is ramp which can b difficult for elderly people Overall great service specially Mr Samir and Hadi
