It's a good hotel with a great attitude receptionists
Pros:
-Very clean
-Good staff and services
-Amazingly good breakfast
Cons:
- Alittle far from Haram if you're walking (very fit male); it will take 20 to 30 mins going and up to 40 mins coming back
- water comes in bottles with very small portions (alot of plastic use, especially they market ”Water saving slogans everywhere”

Guest UserThe front desk service was excellent and quick, but the luggage service was absolutely terrible. We got to our room and had to wait an hour for our bags to arrive after five phone calls. The same thing happened at checkout; we waited an hour and a half for them to come take our bags down, which caused significant delays for us getting to the airport, all because of them.

The staff was brilliant from reception to house keeping everyone was so professional and ready to help. Every single person that I dealt with went the extra mile in providing the greatest service ever. I am so glad I stayed here. The breakfast menu was out of this world. Absolutely neat king Abdul aziz gate. As soon as you come out you can see Makkah. Will definitely recommend and will come and back and stay with them

Anonymous UserPrice: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money.
Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming.
The location was also perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, food spots, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right.
Definitely a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will surely come back again! 😊

jkhxOur hotel room was spacious, however the old fashioned style gives an impression that the room isn’t very clean, and bathroom was mediocre. It isn’t too far from the Haram but it does require a 10/15 min walk through Anjum Hotel, and then another 5 minutes to get to Gate 79. One thing to consider is that the room doesn’t come with an iron and when requested from housekeeping, you cannot keep it your room permanently which is inconvenient. Overall, for the price, our stay was nice.

Guest UserClean and tidy hotel. The reception staff were extremely cooperative and ethical. The only issues were weak internet and connectivity. Basement parking spots were crowded, but there was plenty of outdoor parking available. There are buses to the Haram.

Guest UserHuge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!

Guest UserNice clean hotel would definetly recommend to people on a. Budget, it’s around 15-20 mins walk from the grand mosque, loads of food options around and shopping, overall is very very good .
One of the downsides is the road is blocked off so some times cars can’t come to the hotel entrance for pick and drop so you have to drag/carry luggage but other than that all good
