Truly Deserves 5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Selat Al Bait Hotel I recently stayed at Selat Al Bait Hotel for 7 nights, and I must say, this hotel deserves 5 stars, even though it’s officially rated 3. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern touches and excellent service. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a smart dial system to control “Do Not Disturb” for room service. Daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels, shampoo, and clean linen whenever needed. The pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the beds were cozy with clean sheets. Windows can be opened for fresh air, and my room overlooked the new Hajj walkway—a lovely view. The hotel has three lifts that always worked, making movement easy and convenient. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. Amenities include a gym, mosque, laundry service, and a decent breakfast. There’s a 24/7 shuttle to the Haram, and the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the new Haram and 20 minutes to the Mataaf from the same stop . You can walk straight road to Haram in around 30-45 mins . Parking available for locals .. Other highlights: free coffee and desserts in the lobby, hot water, a large shower, modern toilets, and all toiletries like shampoo and razors supplied. Daily water bottles were also provided. The hotel is very clean, with no insects or cockroaches, and the surrounding shops are lovely and more affordable than those near the Haram. For taxis to Haram Darul Tawheed, a short ride costs around 15–20 riyals—just make sure to use only marked taxis. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable and convenient. Selat Al Bait offers modern facilities, attentive service, and excellent cleanliness at a great value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

Our experience in Room 1038 on the 10th floor was absolutely flawless, highlighted by the outstanding warmth and professionalism of the reception staff and assistants who made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment.Here is what made this stay so memorable:Ambiance & Cleanliness: The hotel and our 10th-floor room were immaculately clean. The refreshing scent of traditional Bukhoor filled the air, beautifully complemented by gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the property.Amenities & Comfort: Room 1038 was fully stocked with every personal amenity needed for a comfortable stay. Elevators were fast and abundant, and the coffee served in the lobby was absolutely superb.The Spiritual Experience: The location is perfect, and the partial Haram view from our room is truly priceless. A deeply moving touch was hearing the soul-stirring sound of the Adhan (call to prayer) clearly inside the room, which added an unforgettable spiritual serenity to our stay.We highly recommend this hotel, especially the higher-floor rooms, and it will definitely be our first choice for future visits! We stayed for 4 nights and we loved Pullman Zamzam Mekkah. The room, food & service were good. Easy access to Masjidil Haram (mataf, 2nd floor & rooftop) and you can hear Imam voice in your room. And everything you need (restaurants, shops, laundry, many services) is all in Zamzam tower. We got unforgettable event for our kids, it was a free Cooking Class in Friday noon. They loved it. Thank you Pullman Zamzam Mekkah for making our Umrah with kids so much easier

The place is very clean, and the location is excellent and convenient, especially its proximity to the mosque. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, Ms. Asala, for her professional and polite service.

Huge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!

This is my first stay in Emaar Grande hotel which exceeded my expectations. Staff was very helpful. Foyer beautiful and nicely fragranced. Room nice clean and neat however bathroom was slightly untidy and needed attention. Bathroom extras like soaps toilet roll water no issues. Cleaning staff wonderful Room is provided with hot tea and coffee. Bed sheets pillows nice and clean. All lifts in good working order. I was on 13th floor which was tidy. Overall very good service. Breakfast buffet was amazing and I couldn't taste all food provided I didn't like customer behaviour from the aspect lot of food was left not eaten and thrown in the bin. Manager was advised to improve the signs ie. Flyers to advise people not to waste the food. Al haram about 15 minutes brisk walk. All food shops, burgers pizzas on the same road. Highly recommend with the price and paid. Well done Emaar Grande hotel and staff.

Stayed at Millennium Makkah Al Naseem and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great option for anyone visiting Makkah.

The staff is great, the service is excellent and for the price, the facilities, amenities, ambiance and cleanliness are all quite satisfactory. I had one problem with the toilet, but since my stay was short and again the price was quite reasonable , I didn’t complain. Location is ok haram wise but not great; their shuttle service may help, but I didn’t try.
