Assalamoualaykum Our stay in selat ul bait was excellent l have nothing negative about this hotel breakfast was excellent it's not just breakfast itwas breakfast lunch dinner people are very helpful alhdulliah. The price of the hotel as well very affordable shuttle 24 hours a day to haram May Allah awj blessed them we went there me and my son for umrah The room comes with little fridge filled with water kettle with coffee tea I strongly recommend this hotel especially sultan at the reception and Faisal was very very nice if ever whoever read this review and go there mentioned my name Hassan from canada to sultan and Faisal let them know you read my review inshaAllah Barakallah feek Assalamoualaykum Will see you again inshaAllah.

Food excellent for what I paid. Not Jumeirah or Conrad standard but value for money yes. Room was really good for what I paid. Would have liked a rainfall shower but everything worked and room was clean and spacious. Front desk were helpful and kindly allowed me and early check in and 2 hours late check out which was great as my train was 5pm and normal check out was 12.00pm. I would stay again because if the price but when I usually visit Makkah with family we stay at Jabal Omar Hotels which are closer to the side of the haram we prefer. Its about a 5 min walk for someone myself but with family it will be more like 10 mins to the new extension of Harqm.

The breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold. Staff are great and hotel was really nice. Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner. This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.

Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms. The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was. Yes, the room was small, but it was acceptable considering we were only around 10-15 minute walk to Masjidil Haram. A big shout out and thanks to the duty mánager, her name escapes me. But she was excellent at her job, súper friendly, managed to get us checked in by 1.30pm even though official check in time was 4pm. We were so grateful since we just completed umrah and were so tired. There are only 3 lifts, but *************, we never had to wait too long for it. Would we stay again, yes insyaallah!

First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

We booked Emaar Grand and our confirmation said so, which is a 4star hotel however upon checking in, we were told our hotel is across the road at their sister hotel called Emaar Manar. This was 2,3 start hotel. When I showed the confirmation and it clearly showed we had booked Emaar Grand they refused and told us to check in their sister hotel across the road. They said they were fully booked. This is disappointing as we booked months in advance for these dates.

Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Average Ambiance: Average Service: Average In Mecca, the location is good. There's a supermarket and bus stops downstairs, making it convenient for getting around.
