RRifat34Very nice and clean hotel with top class service. Location is a bit awkward to find and a little far from Haram but the shuttle service is a plus point, although it’s not very frequent, mostly available before the prayer time. Another good thing is they have a separate floor for prayer. Highly appreciated this effort. Free water, dates and snacks on the reception area is very welcoming. Comparing the other hotels of similar categories, Selat Al Bait is way ahead of them.

AAbtassamThe hotel is lovely, but the restaurant is noisy and chaotic because they don't properly check guests entering the breakfast area. There are too many people, and I suspect some of them are not even staying at the hotel.

Staff are great and hotel was really nice.
Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner.
This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.

ممحمد المبيضVery reasonable price, excellent hotel cleanliness, and away from the noise. There's a complex of restaurants and cafes in the hotel square, and a distinct mosque nearby. There's also a shuttle service to the Haram every hour, as well as a return service, but the return is annoying because you have to take two buses.

Nnita88Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms.
The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

EEMY34First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels.

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was. Yes, the room was small, but it was acceptable considering we were only around 10-15 minute walk to Masjidil Haram. A big shout out and thanks to the duty mánager, her name escapes me. But she was excellent at her job, súper friendly, managed to get us checked in by 1.30pm even though official check in time was 4pm. We were so grateful since we just completed umrah and were so tired. There are only 3 lifts, but *************, we never had to wait too long for it. Would we stay again, yes insyaallah!

She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!

GGuest UserAmazing stay Brother Ahmad and the sister at reception were both helpful. We got checked in at 4pm… as it was busy took slightly longer than usual. Room service was outstanding. Location is brilliant plenty food around. Would stay here again only 10min walk. Best hotel in area! Rate is 4 Star!!!
