Excellent beautiful hotel with a very good reasonable prices. I booked 2 rooms for five days. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel ..the area is modern with everything you need around you from shops to restaurants to coffees.

I had a great stay at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-organized. The shuttle service to and from the Haram is reliable and clearly scheduled, which made everything very convenient. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and safe. Overlooking the Clock Tower in the distance was a nice bonus. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience — highly recommended.

The hotel is pretty good. I arrived early, even before dawn prayers, and had booked a twin room because I couldn't find a king-sized bed online, only for guests with special needs. I called the hotel number, but no one answered. When I arrived, I spoke to reception to fill in my details and asked about parking in the underground lot, but they said it was full. I said, ”No problem, I'll just go perform Umrah.” The reception staff, especially Abdul-Ilah, were great; he gave me a room with a single bed. I returned at 9 AM, and the room was ready, and they even found a parking spot for me. Thanks to employee Lujain. As for the room's cleanliness, it was generally good, but I did find some hair on the bed. The restaurant was excellent; I only took the breakfast package, and there were new dishes every day, so it would be suitable for longer stays. The bus schedule was punctual for me, probably because there wasn't much traffic. The return trip can be confusing sometimes because the hotel name isn't always displayed on the bus. It would be difficult for families because the distance from the bus drop-off point to the main gates of the Haram or the markets in the towers is quite far. If you're staying for a short period, like one or two days, and don't need to go to the Haram constantly, it's a suitable option considering the price and quality. The only issue they need to resolve is answering phone calls, as that was the only problem I encountered. Special thanks to the reception staff and security managers.

The hotel was very clean, and well organised. Staff members were friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus service to Masjid Al Haram which departs several times throughout the day. It takes roughly 25 minutes with traffic but you can also walk it there in a similar amount of time. The restaurant was open till suhoor during Ramadan, and served a variety of dishes.

everything was perfect, except the bus which was totally disorganized, there was no schedule, you had to wait a lot on the bus. and one piece of advice, don't convert money at the shop inside the hotel

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Every time my family and I visit, I feel completely at ease. It offers peace of mind, a warm welcome, and a clean environment. May God bless us and them. And make sure to book through their app to get the hotel membership. I'm staying on Ibrahim Bin Khalil Road, close to the Haram, exactly 900 meters to 1 kilometer away. 👍🏻

Very good deal with this hotel, clean room 15mn from haram. 2 improvements needed: 1. breakfast is more than average; 2. Shuttle is a joke starting at 3am when fair is at 6am and dropping at 1km from the Haram. Better to go walking

The room was spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a small kitchenette, a safe, and an ironing machine. The lobby was grand and offered complimentary dates and a local tea. There's a shuttle service advertised to the Grand Mosque, but on our day, it dropped us off at a parking lot, requiring an additional transfer to reach our destination.

Excellent hotel, relatively close to the Haram, about a 5-minute walk. They have 24/7 shuttle buses available. There's a barber shop, grocery store, coffee shop, and basement parking.

Stayed at Millennium Makkah Al Naseem and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great option for anyone visiting Makkah.
