Overall it is good, the lobby is luxurious and breakfast is good price with variety every day. However , the small kitchen in the hotel lobby provides sandwiches and drinks in good prices and quality too. I had to change the room we were assigned for as it wasn’t as clean as I would hope for, Anwar in the front desk, helped us and we had lovely room then. Sirag is a great help should you ever need any help with bags. In regard to location, I found it difficult to walk under the heat as it is a main road walk with cars and not as easy. However you can go with the bus provided from the hotel which I always used in the way to Haram, but never was able to get it in the way back to the hotel. I wasn’t able to get a clear idea on where from the bus departure.
