There’s a genuine issue with the lifts - before and after prayer times, expect to wait 10-20 minutes. The room I booked had a kitchen but no utensils, making it impractical to cook. The breakfast buffet offers very limited choices - usually just one gravy dish, with the rest mostly sauces and salads. The dining area staff were few and unresponsive, and it’s hard to get assistance when needed. Food quality also falls short of what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable — the entrance to the Mataf is right in front, and there’s a food court and shopping mall within the same building, so everything you need is under one roof.

Location is very close to Haram but service at reception not great. House keeping staff was great. Especially Ali gave a great service.

This hotel was brilliant as you dont need so many elevators to go haram. Just one elevator and your in haram. The twin room was spacious with a separate living area and we had haram view. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety egg station pancakes waffles. Definitely will be booking again
