Review:
This is by far the best hotel in Makkah! Our stay was absolutely wonderful—everything was perfect, from the service and cleanliness to the excellent location. A special thanks to Mr. Anees Haider who was incredibly competent, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. We truly appreciate his support. Highly recommended!
The staff at this hotel Faris and Noura were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I also appreciated the location which is Azizia on the edge of the main road, to go to the haram mosque is very easy there is a bus at the entrance of the hotel which is free it takes you directly to the haram mosque, and another bus which is Makkah bus which costs you 4 SAR for each, for taxis it varies between 5 -10 - 15 SAR I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this hotel and the staff Faris and Noura

This was not my first time at Address Jabal Omar, and it certainly won’t be my last! The service remains outstanding, just like the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly special.
One of the best features is the direct access to the Haram via an elevator that takes you to C1, from where it’s just a 3-minute walk. Otherwise, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services for added convenience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah!
Arrived 4.30am, excellent staff at check-in gave us our room immediately. Clean spacious room. Excellent housekeeping.Room was near the lift with easy access. Will definitely return when we come back to Makkah.”
Located in Makkah (Makkah City Center), Hotel Burj Al Diyafa Mubarak is within a 10-minute walk of Great Mosque of Makkah and The Clock Towers. This hotel is 0.6 mi (0.9 km) from Kaaba and 0.8 mi (1.2 km) from King Fahad Gate.
Make yourself at home in one of the 137 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs.
And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off.
Staff were very hospitable as we were given a front facing room for the first night. We were told most guests ask for this, however the noise was too much and we asked to be moved to a quieter part of the hotel to which they catered to, without hesitation.
Location is fantastic for the Haram as well as food/ shops etc.
Only niggle we had, there was no house keeping after 8pm, which meant I couldn’t get an iron until the following day.
Overall, a fantastic stay, Alhamdulilah. Thank you Emaar, we will be back (In Sha Allah)
Location, excellent as situated on the main Haram road, Ibrahim Al Khalil, within 10 minutes walk straight to the Kaba. There are plenty of food outlets as you'd expect with a really decent priced laundry situated on the road behind the hotel (I recommend using these than the overpriced laundry service charged by the hotels) The room itself was adequate, with a very comfy bed, although for solo travellers, you may want to check if they have a room with 1 king or queen-size bed rather than single beds.
The Hotel does not offer a breakfast service option so you can either use Emaar Grand Hotel (charged buffet option) or one of the many outlets outside such as my personal favourite of a breakfast paratha outlets 2 min walk, located opposite Palestine Hotel.
What let's the hotel down was its shower facilities, although adequate for solo travellers, it consisted of a simple cheap square shower cubicle with a shower curtain all the way round and not a shower screen. Still, it is what it is and decent for a few nights. Escalators were also surprisingly better than the nonsense offered at Emaar Grand Hotel, these actually work as expected. A solid 3 then for budget accommodation at an excellent location.
This hotel is amazing, I couldn't fault it.
The rooms are on the smaller sizes, but it's enough to get around.
Great location for anyone wanting a budget hotel within a short 10 min walk to the Haram.
They don't serve breakfast but many shops around that are very cheap for getting whatever you want for breakfast like masala tea, eggs, bread, butter, honey, fruits, chana, dhal etc.
coming to Makkah for the first time and travelling from the UK, I'd say this is a great hotel for anyone coming to the Haram.
