It was not easy to find a hotel with family room. Most other hotels offer suites meaning they have separate bedrooms.
We love family room! The whole family can watch TV together. Very thankful to Christee suites hotel for this room option :)
Love the cleanliness. The service and everything was great! Food was good too! Location was convenient to city centre

It come to my surprise that when I'm asking for more bottle of water, every bottles are chargeable. I have travel often to Melaka and for the same grade of hotel, this was the first I encounter this experience.

Booked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅
Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy.
Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough.
Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue.
Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near.
Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

This was my second time. The General Manager Miss Melissa, was really efficient and well informed. Truly appreciate her help with my check in. Thank you as she truly made my 2nd trip a memorable one.
The room is very clean. And so us the lounge and the dining area. A great place to wind down. And I truly enjoy the food at LWG too.

Spacious and good location. The only thing there is no working desk in the room which is not convenient for business travellers.
