"Positive side:
There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there.
TV functions well.
Three mirrors including one in the bathroom.
There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels.
Got air conditioner n fan.
Negative side:
The room was quite small for triple.
The double and single bed were combined together😔.
The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️.
Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them.
No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor."
"Hotel facilited with fridge, tv, aircon abit slow bt works awhile to cool, but good after awhile. Instant kopi, green tea bags, mineral water & toothpaste/brush, general soaps provided. Hotel is a few steps frm lobby to a kerabat coffeeshop- anytime for kopi ikat tepi, & surrounding are great bazaars at the front pitched at evening, left is pahlawan bazaar of ur nice dodol, keropoks, chincaloks shopping & malls & shopping ctr front & safari themed Karaoke at hotel’s right area. Dnt forget Menara taming sari just across hotel abt 50m to experience. All is so convenient & accessible & Bus coach at escadia hotel was also a 10mins less walk. Definitely needs a good walking shoes, walk all day/night frm jonker street bazaar to melaka river cruise & historics sites. Thank u Hotel Explorer, our Melacca stay with you was a nice one"
"The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of food options nearby. The room is average, and the Wi-Fi connection is not ideal. However, if the price is reasonable, it will still be among my choices."

"hotel is very conveniently located near the famous Jonker Street. love the patio which we can make use of to chill and enjoy the view of the malacca river! can see that the hotel has been around for some time, but cleanliness wise is still acceptable. the room also comes with a complimentary hearty breakfast which we enjoyed. thanks for the amazing stay!"
"Good stay with valid price despite the location near to all tourist attractions, very spacious room and great amenities. The parking is also very sufficient even coming back at late hours. Will be back again"

✅ Final Thoughts
Rooms are spacious and suite-style, featuring separate living areas, comfortable beds, and modern amenities like flat-screen TVs and minibars. Appreciate the rooftop swimming pool, the spa, and the Alto Sky Lounge which offers panoramic views of the city.

"Have all the amenities except hair dryer (supposed in the room but was not there when we check in) and iron need to request from front desk.
The bedsheet has yellow & grey stains.
Towel looks old.
Front desk staff is friendly.
Overall, it is still a good experience to stay in."
"Booked a deluxe room, at the top floor. Room 1414.
Overall the room is spacious and the view is very nice, especially at night. Perfect night view.
Walking distance to Jonker Walk, just around 10-15 minutes. Or can use grab which is just RM 5 if the sun is too hot.
24 hours convenience store is just opposite and there is ample parking space, and very spacious.
1 thing that is bad which the room rainshower has quite some moss. There quite a bit dissapointment. Overall do have a good night sleep."
"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for my family vacation. My family has 2 small children, we had a great time here. The family apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean. The apartment building has a swimming pool for adults and children. There was a problem with the door lock in the living room bathroom, but it was fixed by the owner the next day. It was not a problem. We really like this type of accommodation. We will come back next time."

Outstanding
NN6Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone who’s big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!

AAnonymous UserMy partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before.
And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly.
However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay.
On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign.
Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent getaway. I look forward to returning to [Hotel Name] in the future for another unforgettable stay.

KKeenakittyWe booked 2 superior double rooms on 19- 21 March 2025. We stayed at level 2 (highest floor).
Location : The hotel is located conveniently about 5 mins walk from the Jonkers street.
Amenities: The room is equipped with basic hotel items such as bathroom towel, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste set, refrigerator, hairdryer, bedroom slipper. Very spacious shower area. It does not come with face towel so bring yours if you need it. Only 2 hangers given, but okay with us. The aircon had some vibration sound. We called the front desk and they quickly responded by sending someone up to check on the aircon.
Parking: The hotel provides complimentary parking lots and there were plenty of lots in there.
Checkout was fast.
Generally pleased with the price we paid. May book again.

AAlly EjaLocation: strategic near jonker walk, klebang beach, various other facilities such as 7E, Farmasi and many more.
Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood.
Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel.
Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.
NNgBee honghotel has a good location and good service,I stay here more than 10 time ,breakfast needs to be improved. The buns, porridge and vegetables were cold. The coffee machine was broken for two days. Everything else is fine. Before September breakfast in Hatton Hotel is good 👍
GGuest UserThe facilities are old and it’s clean but not spotless, so u may need to wipe ur table and switch if u mind the dust.
The air condition is really cold and blanket is not really thick which makes me freezing overnight, thank god I got my bf to warm me.
The towels are not recommended to use cuz it looks dirty and used before.
The floor is a bit sticky but acceptable, wish next time can provide a slipper.
The area is not noisy during our staying and the water dispenser is working but not produce hot water.
There’s a pharmacy downstairs so it’s convenient to buy smt u need, oso 7-11 and a burger stall nearby.
In conclusion, u get what u paid for.
