The room was very clean and well-equipped, with large windows offering a great view. It's located right above a large plaza, next to the Sultan's Palace, and very close to all the main attractions in Malacca. The breakfast was simple – bread, milk, and eggs, which you could heat up and spread with jam. It was decent enough. The eggs were soft-boiled 'onsen' style, which some people might not be used to.

Everything about the accommodation was great, especially the beautiful night view. The room itself was excellent, but the bathtub couldn't hold water. I searched the entire bathroom and room but couldn't find the stopper for the tub. I had even brought bath bombs, hoping for the kids to enjoy a soak. The owner didn't respond to my inquiry either. This was my only disappointment.

The moment we arrived, an uncle came over very quickly to open the door for us, which made us feel really welcomed. Check-in was smooth, and they were also very kind to let us use their freezer to store our own things. The whole place felt very comfortable and relaxing, almost like coming back home. It was very clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was quite convenient too. The balcony was also really beautiful and made the stay even nicer. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again next time.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The bar staff even speak Mandarin, and there are more food options nearby, especially the breakfast noodle soup and iced coffee next door, which are really to my liking. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The location is very good. Walking distance to town and historical sites around 15 minutes. Hotel breakfast tastes good authentic Malay style. The only thing the drawback is the traffic, can hear music from the Trishaw . Very noisy. And the air con water is leaking . After maintenance services, the air con still continues to leak..

What u see in the photos are true. Clean and tidy apartment with plates n bowls nicely laid out on the dining table. Easy check in/out and free parking. Management is efficient in communication and kind enough to grant late check out. They have an arcade n pool tables room/late nite snacks counter at the ground floor which closes at 12am. They also have a stall selling cup corns and waffles. Pool is big and exciting especially for kids. The adult pool and kids pool are separated with nice view n close at 10pm. Security guards are friendly. Will come again next time!

One of the first things we appreciated was the spacious and ample parking area—a big plus, especially when traveling with family by car. We never had to worry about finding a spot. The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away. The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip. The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents. Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!

Excellent location! Right in the heart of Jonker Street, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was small but charming, very clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, and their voices were soft and friendly. Definitely recommend this place for accommodation in Malacca!

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Malacca. It's affordable, the location is great, and there's plenty of parking. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; I hope they improve that. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
