Melaka Hotels with Parking

The apartment is very clean and new, we have a comfortable stay there. Alot of eateries and restaurants nearby, foot massage, thai massage also not too far. There are few things that need to be improved will be the house keeping, they don’t do it even you hang the room make up signage, you have to specifically tell the counter staff. Breakfast also not much variety, can be improved.

The room was excellent, boasting a fantastic view of Malacca city. Being on a high floor, humidity wasn't an issue at all. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The service was outstanding! Absolutely superb!

I stayed at this unit on 1st August 2026 (Sat - Sun). While I checked in around 10:00 PM and understood that immediate late-night fixes might be difficult, the condition of the unit and the host’s clueless, irresponsible handling made this stay unacceptable for the price paid. The host hides behind an automated AI system that spits out completely inaccurate, unhelpful, and generic replies. After wasting precious time forcing my way through to a human, the support was even worse. When I brought up all the missing facilities I had paid for, they turned around and asked me ”what they could do for me” instead of taking charge responsibility. I shouldn't have to tell a host how to run a proper accommodation when I paid full price for the listed amenities. - The floors were sticky and stained. Cleaners were sent immediate in 10 mins, change the floor bucket by using the kitchen sink. - The bedsheets that weren't even the proper fitted size for the bed. - The washing machine failed to function (told me that its broken), and the Wi-Fi/TV setup didn't work (we were absurdly told the Wi-Fi modem was located in a completely different unit's ceiling!, the cleaner told this is New Unit, Wifi Havent install !) - The master bedroom water heater was broken, they went and check, then left the floor with dirty foodprints. Since the water heater couldn't be fixed at night, their ”solution” was to send a technician at 10:30 AM the next morning, offering a late check-out until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM as ”compensation.” Offering extra hours in a broken, dirty unit while forcing guests to sacrifice their privacy and endure technician repairs on their final morning is not compensation... Instead of offering a proper refund or a fair remedy, the host simply offered copy & pasted apologies (”sorry for the inconvenience caused”), took our money, and left us to tolerate their mess. This host fails to take responsibility even for basic, functional essentials. I’d be better off staying in a homestay or a simple hostel bunk bed. Save your money and avoid Alviv Homestay entirely. Preferring another host for this property as a returning guest. Love the property itself, great location, easy parking, smooth check-in, and low lift wait times.

Melaka is definitely worth an overnight stay; many people just do day trips, but Melaka at night has a special charm. E’ House is run by a Chinese family, so communication in Chinese was very smooth. The room had a lovely Nanyang-style vibe, and the facilities were excellent. Although the soundproofing wasn't great, the customer service assistant responded immediately after we gave feedback, and we still managed to get a good night's sleep. From the guesthouse, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Melaka River, and then you can follow the river all the way to Jonker Street.

Very comfortable hotel with a pool, suitable for kids. Great location near the River Cruise jetty, and walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan along the riverside path. Beautiful views... worth it. Shops, especially Speedmart99 and Mamak Sri Sahabat, have really delicious and affordable food. The staff, from top to bottom, are all kind, friendly, and welcoming. You should definitely stay at this hotel... it's worth it. I stayed 1 night, then extended to 3 nights! 😆😆

Water heater is a bit cranky with constant shift from cold and warm or warm and hot depends on which heat level I am using. I didn't bother to contact hotel as I am already tired. Slight dusty but still manageable. Overall cleanliness is good. Parking is flat rate RM5, but you need to validate each time you're heading out.

Clean and hygienic, the hotel has been renovated and just reopened. The room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. I must have booked it during a promotional period, it's super worth it! Next time I come to Malacca, I'll definitely stay here. The location is also very convenient, near Dataran Pahlawan, and you can walk to the famous cheese prawn noodles. The lobby is incredibly spacious, and there's plenty of parking too.

Seriously,quite disappointed with the condition of the room....weird and strange placement of their TV....can u imagine tv was placed above the bed head of your kid mattress....they don't even have cup for tea or coffee...only glass...can u imagine you use glass for hot water...and the whole room don't even have a proper tissue ONLY toilet paper...

I recently stayed at this budget hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the check-in process via WhatsApp was smooth and convenient, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room did not feel well maintained, and the bedsheets and towels were old, worn out, and noticeably yellowish, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
