"Stayed overnight. Service was good. Got free cendol following their social media accounts in Instagram and Facebook.
Car parking is limited. Room has very small window. Might be claustrophobic to some. Sound proofing was not very good. You can hear people walking in the hallway and even the preparation in the restaurant area (We stayed in room 122 and it was the first room you see right after the door in the ground floor). Mobile data is hard to access inside the rooms as well. They do provide wifi but inside the room was quite slow. Water pressure is quite not strong as I preferred but tolerable. Breakfast has limited choices but all were good. Especially the kuihs. We got welcome drinks and snack when we checked in.
Location was really goodand is easy to drive to. Jonker Walk was indeed walkable.
Over-all the stay overnight was okay. But I recommend to book rooms with windows 😅"

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was average. The room service was good and the food was delicious. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower takes quite a long time to get hot, which leads to unnecessary water wastage while waiting. In addition, the TV signal was quite poor and a bit frustrating, especially when there’s not much else to do while relaxing in the room. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects to provide a more comfortable experience in the future"

Great
GGuest UserI booked a room with a balcony, which faced an inner courtyard. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, but it wasn't as spacious as it appeared in the pictures. Everything else was fine, but the main issue was the air conditioning noise at night – it was so loud I couldn't sleep. The hotel opened in 2024, so I assume it's a renovation, but the AC was louder than a washing machine. If I turned it off, the room got hot, and if I left it on, I couldn't sleep. Plus, the rooms seem to be divided by thin partitions. The people upstairs, whether they weren't wearing slippers or were just heavy-footed, made a terrible racket. I only booked for one night and barely slept at all. However, the location is excellent; it's very convenient for taking boats and visiting attractions.

TTiya TanOverall, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Here's what I liked:
- The room had carpet, but it was clean and odor-free.
- I really liked that the room had plenty of lighting! Usually, most hotels have very dim lighting in the rooms.
- Regarding soundproofing, even though it's by the roadside, I couldn't hear any car or motorcycle noise at all! However, you can hear the vacuum cleaner when housekeeping is cleaning.
- Parking was easy to find.
- The shower pressure was great.
- The air conditioning was cold enough.
I'll definitely be staying here again next time! ✌

CCubieThe location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries.
The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower.
The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV.
The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room.
Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces.
Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary.
I would give it 8/10 rating.

AAnonymous UserRun by a Chinese owner, the ground floor houses a restaurant that seems to cater to tour groups. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring central air conditioning and USB charging ports, so no adapters are needed. Its location is excellent, right near Jonker Street and with the Malacca River just behind it. The only downside might be the small and slow elevator. There's a 100 MYR cash deposit required for the stay, which is refunded instantly upon check-out.

AAnonymous UserThe advantage of the room is that it is cheap and close to Klebang Beach, so you can go to the beach. If you have a limited budget, it is good for one night.
The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is very poor. The sound insulation for the outside and other rooms is almost non-existent. You can hear the conversation next door, and there is no shielding for the sound of motorcycles and cars outside. Three bath towels are provided in the triple room, and other toiletries and slippers need to be prepared by yourself, and remember to bring a socket adapter.
The front desk guy's English is average, but his attitude is very kind and friendly, and he communicates patiently, which is great👍
AAaira_ammarThe spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

HHolly QShower head water pressure too strong, cannot be adjusted. Housekeeping early morning 9am starting to knock the door twice for make up room until I put do not disturb sign. 24 hours receptionist never answer the call, need to take 1 hour to deliver water and towel for me.
Overall, the stay experience was not very good. The room was spacious but felt empty. The price was reasonable and offered value for money, but I would not choose to stay here again. This was a last minute booking. The view from balcony is nice!

AAnonymous UserOverall, the experience was acceptable
the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy.
However, there were several issues during our stay
Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned.
Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently.
Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.
