AAkif RidhwanWe checked in quite late and the staff at the desk very helpful with the check-in process but my sister was offered a rm30 breakfast buffet while they didnt offered me and that was quite a bummer. we tried asking them about the breakfast the next day and said that it was rm45 while my sister got it for rm30. thats the only downside but the room was all good

SSYUKRI MORTAZAA very meaningful experience for us and the kids. The children were very satisfied. The air conditioning was cold, and the shower in the bathroom had multiple functions. The swimming pool was spacious and not too deep. The kids' pool was very comfortable.

YyoumeiyouThis hotel just opened two months ago, right by the sea near Portuguese Settlement. I didn't have high expectations initially, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is backed by the ocean, and there's a clean, beautiful pool right in the courtyard. The breakfast was rich and clean – especially the bread, which clearly wasn't pre-made, and the fruit was super fresh. It felt much more genuine than some of the five-star hotels in downtown Kuala Lumpur! Even at 9 or 10 PM, you could still order food from the hotel restaurant, and the quality here was genuinely high compared to outside options. This morning, the hotel even had a lion dance performance, which added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel manager really pays attention to service details, which is absolutely essential for a great hotel. Having a fresh, high-quality breakfast in the morning is a wonderful start to the day, and you can even swim in the pool after coming back at night. A Grab taxi to Jonker Street is only about 8-10 RM away. It's very quiet at night, with a gentle sea breeze and the pool. It reminded us of beautiful places we'd traveled to before and even brought back memories of my partner's hometown. Because of this, we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more nights. Highly recommend everyone to stay here! (The only minor thing to note is that the air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit noisy. Hopefully, they can improve this. It gets quite warm at night, so you need the AC, and it would be great if it didn't blow directly on you.) 1) The room cleanliness and linens were excellent; the towels were tumble-dried, and the sheets were neatly ironed. 2) The staff were warm and friendly. 3) The environment was outstanding, quiet, and beautiful. 4) The breakfast was exquisite and clean. The chicken sausage was the only one with a normal texture among the seven or eight hotels we've stayed at in Malaysia. The à la carte restaurant didn't disappoint either; you could tell the watermelon juice was fresh (many places serve overnight juice). Thank you to the hotel for their dedication, which made our vacation wonderful. If we ever return to Malacca, The Lisbon Malacca will definitely be our top choice.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right in Malacca's Old Town, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The parking lot is very spacious, which is great for those traveling by car. While the hotel's exterior and lobby are beautiful, the room itself was quite ordinary. The air conditioning was noisy, and the dim lighting made the room feel rather oppressive. The shower pressure was also very low. Throughout our entire trip, the hotel service in Malaysia was consistently indifferent, a stark contrast to the excellent service we experienced in Thailand.

DDwaynismeStayed here and overall it was a mixed experience. The hotel is old, but I have to give credit to the housekeeping team as the cleanliness is well maintained throughout the stay. The location is not the most strategic, but still manageable. It is within walking distance to Jonker Street and several tourist attractions like A Famosa, Stadthuys, Melaka Sultanate Palace Museum, and the Melaka Ship Museum, which is quite convenient for sightseeing. However, there were a few downsides. We booked a king size bed but ended up with two single beds combined. Unfortunately, one of the beds had a faulty spring, which caused some discomfort during sleep. In terms of pricing, it feels slightly on the higher side considering the condition of the hotel and the issues experienced. Overall, acceptable for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in room quality and value for money.

AAnonymous UserLove this hotel coz is superb convenient,we took coach frm Sengkang to the hotel. The room itself is big nice n clean. Just the service not so happy whem we call.for room servive they answer vry fast but our needs was not fufilled call till 5 was transfer n no one anwer for room service we wamted order some fpod for the kids. Timing was 8.30pm. The nxt day try again was transfer the call n one answer, so total try twice only no amswer we give up. There is variety of places to eat nearby by to malls and tourist atrraction.

GGuest UserThis is a review from a person who have stayed there 3 times in a year. Not bad overall, check in and out service are prompt, spacious and comfy room, level 23 with unblock view all the way to Encore. Parking is available at either roadside or at the building behind. About the room: comfy and clean room, bed and pillow, toilet and shower area. I'm very particular about any foul or unpleasant smell, and so far this hotel has not disappointed. Loved their swimming pool which is an infinity pool. For tourists' info: This hotel is in between Encore and Jonker Street. Uniqlo, Jaya Grocer, Mixue, Watson's among the brands at Tarcor Park which is near Encore.

苏苏一龙Easy check-in and convenient parking! The parking lot is right behind the hotel, connected by a skybridge. Got a room for RM98 that's easily worth RM200 – what a steal! It's within walking distance to the mall, very clean, and not noisy at all.
