Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment was clean, neat, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and tidy, with no noticeable dust or unpleasant smells. The bed and bathroom were also very clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The public areas were well kept too, giving the hotel a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The service was also good. The staff were polite and friendly, and they were willing to assist whenever needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The cleanliness, comfortable environment, and good service made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit the area in the future, and I would also recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was quite good . Very convenient to travel around and explore area. The only one thing disappointed us that experience during check out. We had informed the front desk in person as we needed a late check out till 2pm and then had paid RM50 for it . The front desk took our keycard and room number to update after payment. So Despite this , around 1.15 pm , one of the hotel staff come to our room and rang the bell to tell us that it’s already over the check out time . We feel that the staff should have checked their system or confirmed with the front desk before coming to our room and inform us we exceed the check-out time. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay there and liked the spacious room and convenient location.

Stayed at Bayu View Hotel Melaka, a budget- friendly hotel with a good location that made it convenient to get around. The rooms were simple and cozy, providing the essentials for a short stay. Cleanliness was generally okay, but I did notice the bedsheets and towels were quite old and not very clean, which was a bit of a drawback. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the water dispenser provided, which added convenience. Overall, it’s a decent option for budget travelers who prioritize location and friendly service, though the hotel could improve by upgrading its linens and towels.

Located in a town area therefore convenient with easy access to nearby amenities Room was spacious and comfortable which made the stay more relaxing The highlight was the TV sport channel. Very enjoyable as it coincided with the World Cup season. Will be more entertaining if have TV in the room too. Breakfast was served buffet-style with an adequate selection of food options. Not extensive but sufficient and satisfying Overall had a pleasant staycation

This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard.

Every time we went to Melaka, this hotel is always our first choice. The price is Competitive to others. But the amenities provide us is superb. Bed is so superb clean and cozy every one got two cozy pillows ,the hair blower is big one, my spouse love it. The rooms is acceptable clean in its class. The receptionist are friendly and flexibility. The last time I stayed there and found our booking date is earlier one date. I nego with With the receptionist.He decisively said ok, never mind we changed the date. I was very impressive with him and thank you, otherwise I should pay and stay One more day as a waste of money and time. Good environment and good facilities. Suitable to family members and so comfortable. The hotel located at middle of malacca town and full of facilities around. Will repeated again if comes to malacca🥳😍😻

The check in is a bit of a hassle, where you need to contact the owner and they'll give you instructions on how to pick up the keys, where to get them but fortunately the check out is very simple. You just need to drop the keys in the box for check-out. Overall the environment is quite clean, there's a restaurant out front, near the main road so it's very easy to find. But it's NOT near well known locations like river cruise, taming sari, shopping mall.

I had some issues with my luggage and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and quick, even though it was past midnight. The room was very spacious, beautiful, and the price was very affordable.
