It's also not far from major attractions like the Dutch Square (Red House) and Jonker Street. 2. **Cleanliness and Amenities:** Although the interior decor feels a bit dated, the hotel maintains good cleanliness and is tidy. Both the rooms and the entire hotel are very spacious with comprehensive facilities, easily meeting the standards of a domestic four-star hotel or higher. It's also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. 3. **Extensive Breakfast & Large Pool:** The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, though it might not entirely cater to Chinese tastes. The swimming pool is also quite large. 4. **Good Service:** The hotel staff provides good service and is friendly towards Chinese guests. **Overall:** Considering the price point of 300-500 yuan, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The stay experience was very good, and I personally recommend it.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! Melaka generally has a low cost of living, so 180 MYR a night here feels equivalent to 500 RMB a night back home! The room was very spacious; it could easily accommodate four people. It was fully equipped with everything you'd expect from a star-rated hotel. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it doesn't affect the fact that they keep everything spotlessly clean! A fantastic experience overall! The breakfast was amazing!! It's originally 30 MYR, but it's completely on par with a star-rated hotel's buffet breakfast, offering chicken, fish, beef, and ham. The specialty curry dishes and bread were also very delicious! The hotel's 'restaurant' area has a pool. This pool is shared with the two residential buildings next door, and the water is incredibly clean! There's even a waterslide and a play area in the middle! Great value, I'd definitely come back again! The only issue is that the front desk staff don't speak Chinese, so you need to communicate in English.

The room was great, better than expected. It was on a high floor with a good view. The breakfast was excellent, especially the delicious bread. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a children's splash pool, making it perfect for a family trip.

Less than 200 RMB for two nights, and breakfast included? Can't really complain, can I? My two-night stay was great, except for the lack of TV and broken Wi-Fi. Breakfast was simple but sufficient; the freshly made omelet was pretty good. Two slices of toast with butter, a cup of coffee, and two pieces of fruit – I was satisfied. In the evenings, there were some great food stalls right outside: that Indian bread with three dips that I later found delicious and cheap in Kuala Lumpur. Across the street, there was a char kway teow stall with a queue for 7 MYR. Further down, past the traffic lights in a small alley, you could find seafood like prawns, clams, and snails. A bit further, I recommend the wanton mee run by a father and daughter; right next to it was oyster omelet. And at the end of this street, there was even curry chicken bread and coffee shops, haha.

Location: Not exactly in the city center, but it takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get to central areas like Airport Street. Overall, it's pretty decent. Cleanliness: Very good, spotless. Value for money: Alright. If you come during the off-season, around 400 yuan would be a good price. Wi-Fi: Super, super slow. This is the only thing I'd complain about at this hotel. Soundproofing: Not great; you can hear people talking or walking outside. But thankfully, people are generally considerate, so it didn't really disturb my rest. Room facilities: The room facilities are also good, except the hairdryer isn't very hot. Bed: The bed is a bit firm for my liking.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and I could see the sea as soon as I drew back the curtains. It was very convenient for getting around; just a few steps from the hotel, there were Sichuan restaurants, wonton noodle shops, Chaoshan hot pot, and coffee shops. It took about 7-8 minutes to get to Jonker Street by taxi, and the value for money was excellent. The breakfast was decent and generally met our needs.

From a tiny 15sqm 'birdcage' in Singapore costing over 600 RMB, to a spacious 50sqm suite in Malacca for just over 200 RMB – it's like going from hell to heaven! I specifically booked this suite because it explicitly mentioned having a washer and dryer, and it was totally worth it! The only minor drawback was the lack of slippers. The hotel I'm staying at today in Port Dickson also doesn't provide slippers. Do they expect international travelers to carry a pair of slippers with them everywhere they go?

I stayed at The Apple Premier Suites Melaka for 3 days and 2 nights with my family in the Royal Three Bedroom Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was spotless (10/10 for cleanliness), very spacious, and perfect for a family stay. It came with useful amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, Smart TV, and fast WiFi, making us feel at home throughout the trip. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and children’s playground, which kept everyone entertained. The city view from the suite was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the location made it easy to travel to Melaka’s popular attractions by car or Grab. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a convenience store within the building, so buying simple items like bread or snacks wasn’t as convenient, although the vending machines were helpful. Overall, this property offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Melaka.
